Comment : Profix was so awesome to work with!! When my son called about the problems with his vehicle they recommend having the vehicle towed in for his safety as it could lose power right in the middle of driving down the street. Once they had it they went right to work on it. I loved getting the information via text so I could read through everything and approve or decline service quickly. They had him all fixed up and back on the road that same day!

Comment : So I bought a van from an out of state dealer and I had them meet me at Profix when they brought it to me to sign papers because Profix will do check up on the car for $140, make sure I'm not buying something with hidden damage or issues. Philip was AWESOME and took care of me, showed me where there may have been damage and gave me a full report in an hour. Not only that while I was on the call with the sales rep from the out of state dealer negotiating based on what Philip and his guys found, Philip actually went out and double checked something on the car and gave me his thoughts while negotiating. I wouldn't have bought the car without his help. And he let us sign the papers in the waiting room, even printed out some copies of paperwork from the out of state dealer to help us. All this to say, in my experience they are honest, well priced and very helpful. If you need a trustworthy, go to auto shop, this is it. Rylee also is awesome and has always taken care of me and gotten me asap, and has great knowledge.
