Comment : We have taken our vehicles to Profix on multiple occasions and always come away appreciating their great customer service and integrity. When we've been told work needs done by the dealership, they tell us if that's accurate or how pressing the issue is. They have never recommended work that didn't need done and are great in showing proof with the ability to approve or deny services before the work happens. We've always found their prices reasonable and will be back when needed! Thanks Profix!!

Comment : My 2005 Prius needed a replacement of the ABS actuator assembly. Prior to having work done I paid $145 to have a complete vehicle inspection done to verify the car was worth the investment. That was completed in one day. Then the actual repair was completed in another day.

Scheduling was very easy and I was able to get the work done within a day of going in. The quality of the service seems to be top notch - no remaining issues and the car was clean afterwards. Their price beat the dealership by almost 30%, and they supplied a parts and labor warranty three times as long as the dealership's.

Phillip at the North Port location was a true pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, patient, understanding, competent, efficient and helpful. The computer system they use seems to be very efficient for them, and provides good communication to the customer and access for the customer to valuable information.

In short, I highly recommend them for auto service with no reservations whatsoever.
