Comment : I had a very positive experience with PROFIX Auto Repair. The inspection on my FJ Cruiser was thorough and well-documented. I really appreciated the photos and videos included in the report — it made it so much easier to understand what the technician was referring to and gave me confidence in the findings. Communication was excellent too; being able to text questions directly was incredibly convenient.

The only thing that detracted from this experience was the lack of an estimate for the recommended repairs, and I would have liked a bit more detail on how certain items were inspected (for example, whether brake pad thickness was measured or visually estimated, or how the brake fluid was tested).

Overall, the experience felt professional and well worth the price. I’ll definitely consider returning for future services.

Edit: Shortly after posting this review, the shop reached out to correct the missing estimate. It appears it may not have come through in my initial report by mistake, and they were quick to make it right. That level of follow-up speaks highly of their customer service!!
