Comment : I truly believe that the quality of the repairs was a 5 star job. The problem that I had was having all of the repairs done that were agreed to when I received the suggestions for work to be done. We had discussed the price of the work and expected everything to be completed. I did not get the voicemail until that afternoon after I walked back to the shop to get my car.I believe that the offer of rides to and from work (or wherever) should not be in print. Comment : Most horrible experience and service ever wouldn t recommend to anyone paid them for service not received and they don t care they are not honest people and when you try to talk to them they sit there in silence and then ask what do you want me to do about it

Comment : Vehicle was hydro locked, bill totaled out at roughly 1800. Although they did get vehicle to crank, I noticed on bill i was charged 250 for spark plugs, when in fact only 2 out of 6 were replaced. I called and ask about the service after taking Vehicle home and test driving around town, Frank told me they just removed them but did not replace them at all. I ain't the smartest, but if gas is pouring into 2 cylinders that does means the spark plugs is bad. Not to mention before doing the service they called to get approval to do so and at that time I was told they would be putting in all new (6 total) spark plugs. This doesn't sit well with me considering i coughed out 1800 and you charged me 250 to do a job that wasn't done. I reached out to talk with a manager and as of now I haven't received a call back or anything...I will update this once I hear back from manager...after speaking with the manager he agreed with my concern about the spark plugs...so I was refunded for the 250 amount...other than the mishap with this situation they do quality work and stand behind it...I would without hesitation bring this vehicle or any other one out my yard back if needed work done...Vehicle was hydro locked, bill totaled out at roughly 1800. Comment : They were unable to fix my problem, and showed me why. Additionally, parts were ordered a week ago for another repair, and was told parts had not been received yet yet. So far they have not helped me with my problem, but the employees are very professional.
