Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Wonderful and professional! Our check engine light came on in the middle of a 1200 mile round trip. Phillip was kind enough to run diagnostics and make recommendations, and we were back on the road in plenty of time to reach our destination. What a bright light on what could have been a frustrating day! Thank you, Phillip!

Comment : My daughter goes to Roanoke College and her car broke down. I do not live in Salem and have no idea about auto shops in the area. I found Professional Auto online and chose based on the reviews. These people are amazing! They have been so easy to work with, always willing to explain, and truly honest! They said I might need a service that would be an additional $1000 and after looking at the car, called to say it wasn t needed after I agreed to pay! That s hard to find now a days! I highly recommend them and will be using them, if needed, the entire time my daughter is at college!
