Comment : Michelle and the team at Procraft made my experience getting my Subaru fixed so easy! This was my first time in an accident, and Procraft made a stressful situation as stress free as possible. I got my car back in great shape 10 days after bringing it in. Thank you so much Michelle for your help, couldn't recommend Procraft more!

Comment : Called for help the owner was very rude and seem like she didn???t want to be bother at all so I hung up and she proceeded to call and text me off and f her personal phone and tell me that???s I was rude.

Comment : Incredibly rude woman in the office practically yelled at me for walking in and asking for a quote. So I asked her if they can help me and she barked back at me “not right now, it’s Monday morning… I just walked into the shop 10 minutes ago.” My apologies for walking into a business during their posted hours.
