Comment : Traveling through on a road trip. I had a Serpentine belt break and mess some stuff up in the process. Had it towed to the shop and they began working on it immediately. I elected to get a rental and continue on with the trip but they had it fixed the same day later that evening. Great place and great employees. The guy at the counter filling it this week that usually works at louisville is great!

Comment : We had such a great experience with Probilt! Damon was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was honest, upfront, and communicated with us throughout the entire process, which made us feel completely comfortable and confident in the work being done on our cars.

He genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with the results. It's not always easy to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicles, but Damon definitely earned our trust.

We highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and quality service. We'll definitely be coming back in the future! -Doug Hammond
