Comment : Was in desperate need of help loosening transmission bolts to put in a new one. Was told by this shop that he's "too busy and has too many cars to just pull something in to loosen the bolts". Money is money. Would have paid for the service. Not everyone, especially a teenager, can afford to pay thousands of dollars to have a transmission reworked and this kid really needed help with these bolts. Thanks for nothing.

Comment : The clutch gave out on 2000 Jeep Wrangler, so we took it over to Pro-Auto. While it was there we had them take care of some other maintenance including brakes and servicing the differentials. The clutch replacement is no small job, it requires removing the transmission and transfer case. All of the work was completed in about 2 days for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the work and the results.

They did good work for me last year, but the quality has slipped. They had my car from Friday to Thursday to replace my radiator over Labor Day weekend. They never test drove it to confirm the fix was valid. My car started smoking 5 minutes after I left. I took it to another place down the road and they discovered either Pro Auto either re-used my old radiator cap or replaced it with one that did not have a bottom spring, causing hot coolant to leak in my overflow tank and burn the hose. I wasted $967 from their poor work.

To make matters worst the Owner started yelling and speaking aggressively to me when I called to report this issue.
This place WILL reap what they've sown for the poor service and quality I received.

Comment : These guys were awesome !!! We brought in my wife's car to have the complete AC system changed & these guys got us in there,took care of us,& got us out of there in an amazing time frame & the ac is working great !!! Thank you so much yall & we will definitely be using you guys again if I have any problems with any of our vehicles !!! Not a single complaint about this place !!!

Comment : If I could give 100 stars I so would! I went in and they truly put up with all the confusion I gave them...Lord thank you all for that. And so sorry. I went in for a bad transmission and came out with a rebuilt one, new breaks, a new seal where the transmission goes in behind the engine, and 3 new motor mounts. they did a wonderful job.... so what, I was quoted for one thing and ended up with other new parts, at least I don't have to worry later about them and I can tell the breaks are fixed because before they would skip when I had to hit them at last second, and I knew the mounts were bad because it made my motor jump hard when I shifted in gear, so yes I am grateful they caught that all and fixed it. They are so DAMN HONEST too. I thought I grabbed all my personals as well, WELL I didn't. I forgot my wallet with my bank and credit cards and license on the seat and dropped my amazon card on the office floor and they took my car on a Thursday and I didn't get it back till I think a Monday or Tuesday, and they didn't use any of my cards and didn't take anything from me. The price for everything was reasonable and they did everything with care.
SADLY, they same day I got it back, I got a flat with my brand new tires, and 2 days after that, I thought I had a serious electronic issue and all it was is that I had to get a new battery, so my dumb ass went 3 days without driving it. I have gotten so depressed with everything happening all at once. Now my abs and break light won't go off, but I know for a fact it is fixed....For those who are putting them down, you either have the wrong people or you think you know more than they do.... OR you want shit done for almost FREE! Well, I praise them and with the deal they give you, you will not get that any place else!!! I do recommend them 100 percent! Thank you to Sean ands his entire crew for their honesty and fantastic work on my car.....

Comment : My husband and I went on a cross country trip to visit our adult children in Austin and 2/3 the way through our transmission gave out. As bad as that was, the saving grace was that we were not far from Pro-Auto Repair. They came highly recommended by AAA as well. We left our minivan with the good folks at Pro-Auto and rented a minivan and made it to Austin for our family reunion. We are so grateful that they fast tracked our transmission replacement because we were on a very tight schedule. They gave us regular updates about the repair status and they told us about a few other issues that we should take care of. We just now picked it up and it drives great. And we have a 3 year nationwide warranty. Thank you Pro-Auto for all your hard work!

Comment : Matt and Shawn run the best auto mechanic shop I have found anywhere. My Hummer needed quite a bit of work and they took care of everything. They kept me informed as they worked thru all issues and gave me options on solutions. Now I have a Hummer that I can keep for years. The prices were reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a shop where you can trust the work they are doing. I'm hooked on them as long as I have a vehicle that needs work. Thanks Matt and Shawn for running a top notch business!!!!
