Comment : Brought my wife's Jeep in for a Coolant Thermostat to be changed, and was quoted $500+ ($60 for the part, and over $400 in labor?!)I called another mechanic (completed the job in under 1 hour for 50% of Pro Tire's Quote), who gave us an estimate of cost over the phone. I also did some research of my own online and was able to see how much labor was actually required to complete this job. There is no justification for this being a 2+ hour job, unless your mechanics don't know what they are doing.I would not have even posted this review, had you not acted like a complete jerk to myself and pregnant wife. You should brush up on your people skills, because that is no way to treat a customer. You were upset that we weren't going to pay your outrageous quote, and when we told you we found something for much more reasonable labor cost, you made uncomfortable remarks.As bad of an experience this was with Pro Tire, thanks for giving me the opportunity to explore a new mechanic. Comment : I have had a horrible experience with the state inspection here. I took my car for inspection and posted a fail sticker. I know it could happen if my car doesn???t meet the state requirement. Per the RMV, I should have 60 days to repair or address the problem. However, the manager of this shop told me I had 0 minutes to address these problems and couldn???t take the car from them; otherwise, I would get an immediate ticket from the cop. They were desperate to get business since we knew there was a 60-day guess period to resolve the problem. I came here since it is AAA approved auto repair shop. I was a little surprised when I entered the shop and saw almost all the mechanics singing and enjoying themselves, no work while all the shops nearby needed an appointment. I would not recommend this shop at all. Initially, they asked me ~$2800, then fixed the car for $1600 without doing a couple of things.
