Comment : They were not transparent about pricing or warranty coverage on previous parts. We ended up taking our car to a different shop after an outrageous diagnostic fee. Would not recommend.

Comment : Pro automotive in Wood River has definitely made a returning customer out of me! I will be back for more work if and when it is needed! Very fast and prompt service, with personal texts along the way to keep me updated! I really liked the emailed diagnostic report as well. That was very convenient. Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative, and prompt with his responses! Thank you so much for everything you did and continue to do!
