Comment : Excellent experience with Prestons Kia. Internet sales, Nichole, only contacted me when they had inventory that matched my needs. Complete flexibility on scheduling. Salesman, Tim, was helpful, friendly and not pushy. Adam set up my Kia Connect account and car sync which saved me a bunch of time and frustration. Only less than ideal aspect was they wern't very competative on trade-in value. But to their credit they didn't try to convince me otherwise, they simply acknowledged my other price and educated me on filing the tax rebate form with a sale rather than trade-in. Very professional and helpful from start to finish.

Comment : This was the best car buying experience I've had to date. Viktor, our salesperson, was fun, not too pushy, knowledgeable and made our experience very enjoyable. Everybody in on the finance team was transparent and worked to get my wife and I the best deal. Heck we liked them so much we bought two vehicles! Great place to go if you are looking for a vehicle and have your affairs in order. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Comment : So for decades I have been going to Preston's Kia for my cars and even recommending them, however yesterday was an unhappy experience with them.
I went in to see what they could do for me with this whole big promotion they have going on. I was going in to NOT have my credit run just wanted to talk and get an oversight on what options I had if any. So I went in and sat down with someone from Florida, and I said I did not want my credit to be run repeatedly, and he said no that they were just going to see what options they had for me. So I took his word and that was a mistake.
This guy came back with information on my credit (that I already knew) which is why I didn't want him to run it! Than made it sound like I still had a chance. Took me for a test ride in what he said was going to fit in my budget. But that was another lie.
When we got back he cam back with a number that was over $200 what I told him I could afford. I said many times I did not want my credit run.
But left with no car, and my credit being hit when I stated more that once that I did not want that to be done. So much for trusting on someones word at a dealership that I trusted.
Disappointed 😞
