Comment : Celia was amazing in getting me a great deal on a NEW Kia Niro EV. I was looking to replace my older model Kia Soul and Celia told me about the Vermont Incentives for EV's. I was able to lease a brand new Niro, with ??n affordable payment, at not much of an increase of my previous car payment. The added benefit of no gas expenses and a smaller carbon footprint is an added benefit. Celia had all the information I needed readily available, and made the process of buying a car fun. Carlos set up the financing and has scheduled me for tech support, helpful to me as driving an EV is new to me. The car itself is great to drive and very comfortable. Thank you Celia and Preston's KIA for giving me a great experience with a new car!Celia was amazing in getting me a great deal on a NEW Kia Niro EV. Comment : Everyone one was friendly, helpful and professional. The deal took some time to finalize and the insurance company kept the salesman on hold forever but he dealt with it with humor. All of our questions were patiently answered and not once during our time there did we feel rushed. Would highly recommend the business to others!

Comment : Car shopping sucks...Buying a new car is a huge decision, and spending a day shopping under constant high pressure sales will wear out anyone.Preston's Kia was the exception. My wife and I were helped by a young gal named Celia. She was knowledgeable, straight forward, and actually helpful in helping us make our decision. What she wasn't was pushy! Thank you for that.Dealership service aside, we did our due diligence researching reviews and test driving several comparable brands. We were surprised to learn that Kia met our needs and wants better than the rest! We've never owned one, but we love the car, and the warranty program is very attractive for someone who craves worry free driving. The entire sales team at Preston's worked hard together and made the sale happen late on a Friday afternoon, and we drove away in my wifes' first new car feeling like we made a solid decision.Preston's made car shopping not suck, and we are grateful for the great experience.Car shopping sucks...Buying a new car is a huge decision, and spending a day shopping under constant high pressure sales will wear out anyone. ???More

Comment : I had an incredible first experience dealing with this company. The salespeople were professional and not pressuring. Everyone involved seemed highly educated about the features of the vehicle. The tech person was a wizard. After a bad experience with a competitor, I was glad to bring my business to family-owned Preston's, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Comment : For car sales I would give them 4.5/5 stars. Direct, decent prices and great financing. Overall great experience buying the car. The negatives come after you buy your car with servicing. They offer "free" inspections for life. The problem is you have to have the work done at their shop. My wife took our car in for an inspection a year after we bought the car and they took advantage of her telling her the breaks were metal on metal and had to be replaced. One year after buying the car with 14,000 miles on it. They said the front brakes would have to be replaced soon too. I took the car to my brothers lift and we checked out the front brakes and they were fine. They also claimed the tires are nearing the end of their life. This car has run on them for 1 and 1/4 of a summer season. You have to get the work done in their shop... After purchase service 1 out of 5 stars. Great place to buy a car but after you sign for the car their service department is a nightmare, I would recommend bringing your car to a local garage.
