Comment : Very impressed! We were visiting from NC and started having brake issues. He fit us in and was able to get us fixed quickly and completely, so that we could head home. Pack explained everything and was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Comment : Wow! Totally impressed with the excellent service today. I was in town from Baltimore area and was having issues with my car. Was told by a local well know auto franchise that the issue I was experiencing was caused by faulty camshaft sensor. I was referred to Mr Pak of Prestige Auto and the amazing referral reviews were spot on! Mr. Pak was very professional. You can see how he truly cares for the customer. He explained everything to be done to my car found the cause of the problem. He examined and cleaned the sensor in question and informed me about the noted sensor issues with the 2020 Chevy Equinox vehicles to watch for. I was so happy and glad to find an honest mechanic who truly cares about his customers. I ll be back for all my car service needs.
