Comment : Prestige Auto Body delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The quality of the work on my truck was excellent—everything came back looking perfect, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in what they do.

What really stood out was how they handled the insurance side of things. Allstate—the other party’s insurance company—was extremely difficult to deal with. Despite being 100% liable, they created constant pushback and made the process far more frustrating and drawn out than it ever should have been. Their lack of cooperation and resistance at every turn was honestly disappointing.

Jay at Prestige went above and beyond in every aspect. He was incredibly communicative, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure my truck was repaired the right way with zero shortcuts. More importantly, he truly advocated on my behalf and dealt directly with the insurance headaches so I didn’t have to.

If you’re looking for a shop that does top-quality work and actually stands up for their customers—especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company—Prestige Auto Body is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Ni siquiera han pedido las llantas. Siguen culpando a mi compa??a de seguros... ?Ojal? alg?n d?a recupere mi coche!

Comment : For the second time in a few years, the wonderful individuals at Prestige Auto Body in Manchester, NH touched up a few dings on my Mercedes GLS450 right on the spot. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and these spots that have bothered me are now taken care of. They don?t even charge for this service and that speaks volumes re: how much they care about their customers. I highly recommend them for any auto body needs!

Comment : I recently had my Tesla Model Y repaired at Prestige Auto Body in Manchester, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Jay was fantastic?he handled everything smoothly, provided clear communication every step of the way (from the initial estimate to updates during the repair), and made the whole process stress-free. The quality of the work was top-notch; my car looks and drives like new again.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
