The estimator made the task fun with his enthusiasm, he is knowledgeable and experienced and that won my trust. 1 Reviews Joe pelonzi Manchester, NH Reviewed : 03/27/2025 Comment : Provided excellent repair work for my car. It looks brand new, you would never know there had been any damage. They worked with the insurance company when additional damage that, was not in plain sight, was found. 1 Reviews Matt heald Manchester, NH Reviewed : 03/21/2025 Comment : Vehicle took three weeks longer than expected, which was double the time I was told initially. The paint was full of bumps and the chrome bumper that they said was OEM looks like polished steel rather than chrome. I've never gone anywhere else but Prestige in my life (I'm 53) and I have to say I'll be going elsewhere next time. 1 Reviews Lisa w Manchester, NH Reviewed : 03/06/2025 Comment : Fantastic service! Fast and friendly 1 Reviews Rick graham Manchester, NH Reviewed : 02/21/2025 Comment : Writing this review before having received the car back, but I'm guessing the work will be fine enough. However, similar to some other reviews, can't say I'm impressed with the speed in which the work is being done. I'm about to finish the third week of them having the car and it still is in-process with the completion date being pushed out yet again. I get fixing cars with all the sensors and corresponding systems is more complex than it used to be, but I've never had a repair take this long and I've had plenty of cars with similar sensors that needed the same thing done. I will say the people in the front of the shop were great in setting up the appointment and handling the process of getting the loaner car through my insurance. If you're in no rush, sounds like they do good work but if you're looking to get your job done in a reasonable time, you might want to look elsewhere.Writing this review before having received the car back, but I'm guessing the work will be fine enough. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE OKAY WITH THE REPAIR. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND WORKED VERY HARD TO MAKE EVERYTHING RIGHT. SHAUN HAWKINS WAS GREAT AND KEPT US UPDATED. THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THINK.We took our car in for repair for passenger doordamage, on December 10.The week before Christmas they said our vehicle will be done right before new Years. On December 23 the manage Shaun Hawkins called us to tell us on December 20th that a worker slid into the front of our car. They are going to fix it but it won't be ready right before new years. They realized one of the sensors in bumper was damaged and it was going to take 3 to 4 weeks to get part. On January 22 they said it was done. We went and the bumper color wasn't even close, and we refused to take it. They repainted it, and it came out better. We asked about the diminished value of our car, Shaun the manger said NH doesn't do that. I, in turn showed him they do, he offered no help at all. We ended up paying our deductible and leaving, we will fill out paperwork and get a lawyer for the diminished value. When we were driving home the front camera was all messed up, called and asked for the Shaun the Manager, they said he was on a call and he will call back. 2 days later have not heard a word from anyone. I would definitely not recommend them. Oh and we also noticed there is a big pimple on the hood from them trying to blend the paint. It would be one thing if the damage was from us, but they are the ones that caused the damage.UPDATED REVIEW.GOT OUR CAR BACK YESTERDAY, IT LOOKS GOOD. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE OKAY WITH THE REPAIR. This was very light damage.Initially looked into getting my car repaired by a high quality body shop since this was the first time my 2019 vehicle needed the touch of a body shop.-We scheduled the writer to see the damage (rear bumper cover, passenger side rear quarter/door work)-It was 6 weeks till they had an opening to take it, totally okay with that, don t mind waiting for quality work-Their rate was 60, and our insurance would cover 45. Totally okay with paying extra as we purchased this car new from the dealer.-Dropped the car off at 9/12. Got a text 9/25 that the car had been disassembled. We were told 9/26 parts were ordered and it would take a week to complete the jeep after parts were to be received-10/3 first stage of repairs completed and ready for paint work-10/8 reassembled, calibration need.-Our last day of car rental was set to be 10/11-10/10 we reached out to see when the car would be ready since we need the car to go to work.-10/18 we picked up the car, disappointed to find multiple dust spots in the car, passenger side window didn t operate, overspray of clear on the black powder coated 20 factory wheel, scuffs on lower valence of bumper, and hearing loose parts inside the door (open and close).-1/28 dropped the car off to get the issues resolved, was told repairs would take a day or two. We didn t get it back until 2/4, the power window was said the plug wasn t in all the way. The dust high spots were knocked down and buffed out, and the scuffs in lower valence were attempted to be taken out (7/10 my grade on finish product) and there were some scuffs on the lower bumper sides I wanted taken out (5/10 my grade on finish product)- I grade them at a C- for their opportunity to redeem themselves.Overall my problem was communication, time management, and quality of workThis is car that s spent its entire life in a heated garage, hand washed on nice days, and handled with pride.I could have easily brought this car to any shop without a 13 week lead time (6 week wait to get in, 7 weeks to finish) and got the same quality. The issue is this, they take in as much work as possible to make the profit margins require by the new owners (they were purchased last year from large corporation that owns many body shops). It s not running with the same pride as when it was run by an owner operator business. I m sure they are challenged with staffing as every business is but there is a fine line between pumping out cars and the quality workmen-ship one would expect.Id love to share my experience with prestige. Please start with seeing the initial damage pics. First, the people here are great. Everyone extremely friendly. The work they do, fantastic. Where it goes south with the experience at Prestige is the amount of time it takes for repair. I went in for a bumper (that comes from the dealer pre-painted) and a quarter panel blend and the truck was there for exactly three weeks. To put this into perspective: My mother in-laws Subaru Outback was the car I backed into and completely destroyed the back of her car. Entire tailgate, bumper, both quarters and all the supports....repairs, body work and paint: She dropped her car off at the shop she used on Monday and had it back that Friday. Not saying that is the norm either....but 3 weeks for a pre-painted part and a bed side blend....kind of wild. None the less, great people and great work.....so you'll have to decide if the excessive wait time is worth it to you.Wasn't planning on leaving a review, but I've received about 10 texts from Prestige asking me to do so, so here it is.
