Comment : I had to have my truck towed to a shop for repairs. The tow truck driver was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for your automotive needs.

Comment : DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. We had a minor problem that had already been looked at by previous mechanics and they told us our car was shot… Guy was pushy to get us to give our car to them for parts without us being reimbursed because we were basically stranded. Next day our car was fine, minus them leaving the relay and fuse cap thrown loosely into the hood of the car without replacing or re-securing it. They got real insistent that our car was worthless and should be left with them… And charged a ridiculous diagnostic fee. Tried taking advantage of us because of our situation! Just take the risk and drive up 20 minutes to Hope if you can.

Comment : They charged me extra for towing my trailer, but it was only my truck that got towed They NEVER touch my trailer. They store manager was kind enough to use her pickup truck to move my trailer to the side of her store until my brother arrived. My brother picked up my trailer and took it to Texas.. On the next business day, i requested a itemized receipt, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then said they didn't know how????? I let my insurance company know about it. My insurance company apologized and ask for a copy of the itemized receipt, and they would gladly reimburse me, but unfortunately prescott automotive is either incapable or simply refused to cooperate with my request when I asked for a itemized receipt.

Comment : They came out within 30 minutes and towed me to where I needed to go (and on Easter Sunday) Everything was so smooth and fast, I highly recommend. Cameron was my driver and I appreciate the kindness and professionalism he showed.

Needless to say I was not a happy camper when Mr. Jim showed up to help tow us 45 miles down the road to the nearest dealership but he showed up and brought an undeniable joy which brought a smile to mine and my family s faces.
