Comment : I wanted to thank CJ from Prescott’s for picking us up on I30 about 10 miles south of Arkadelphia and getting us to safety. We hit some road debris and had 2 flat tires on the side of the road. We reached out to AAA and Prescotts came out. CJ the driver showed up helped us get to the hotel in Arkadelphia. Thanks again AAA, Prescott’s and CJ.

Comment : They were fantastic. I was passing though when my alternator went out. They fixed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. They were understanding and worked with me as far as picking it up as I live a few hours away. Would use again, and would use exclusively, if I lived closer.

Comment : They knew I was traveling and really overpriced everything. Two trailer tires and a standard 16" trailer wheel was over $900. I had purchased 2 brand new spares tires with new wheels in my hometown for under $500 just prior to my trip. Travelers beware.

Comment : As always, friendly helpful staff and mechanics. Look at what needs to be done and fixes any issues. Not the least expensive place, but I don't have to worry about getting something done again when they do it!

Comment : I have had two roadside assistance requests lately with two bad experiences. My transmission was going out on the first and it took them five hours to come pick up my vehicle when they were supposed to be there within the hour. They towed it to a shop that were unable to fix it in Texarkana and I had to have it moved to a shop in Ashdown. The tow driver said it was one mile past my insurance allowance, so he required me to pay an additional $8 even though my map ap said it was not. Come to find out, he had the wrong delivery address which caused the overage and would not refund my money. I called the office the next day and the were unapologetic.

Comment : Never did show up. Called them a couple of times and they would always say they will be there in thirty minutes. They even updated the tracking showing that they have arrived. Called insurance company and they sent someone else. Pop a lock does a better job!
