Comment : I recently took my 2005 Ford Five Hundred to the shop because it was overheating, and the technicians did amazing good job.
I have no doubt that I choice this place again for automobile need it. This team made it so easy. They provided regular updates. They kept me very informed of the repairs needed, parts ordered and the entire process. My vehicle was in and out sooner than I thought it would take. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. Comment : DO NOT RECOMMEND. We agreed to pay $469 to diagnose a vehicle with check engine light on (engine oil pressure & catalyst related engine codes). The diagnosis led to a repair that would cost $3,112. The issue was the Service Advisor (Luis) could not guarantee the $3k dollar repair would fix the problem. According to Luis, this was the next step in the diagnosis and there could be something else wrong and cost more to fix. DO NOT recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I brought my car in because it was shutting off and would not accelerate properly. I received a call from the front desk informing me that my transmission only had one quart of fluid and that it needed to be replaced. I was sent three quotes starting at $8,000.

Instead of approving the replacement, I asked them to close everything up and simply refill the transmission fluid. I was charged $600 for this.

When I got home, I discovered that the exhaust hose was not even reconnected. Not only was I charged $600 without the issue being properly addressed, but I was also almost convinced to replace a transmission that appears to be functioning properly.

This experience feels dishonest and unprofessional. Charging that amount and then returning the vehicle in incomplete condition is unacceptable. I expect a refund for the $600 and an explanation as to why my vehicle was returned to me with components not properly reinstalled.

Very dissatisfied.

Comment : This shop exceeded my expectations. Joe and his team were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly respectful. As a female customer, I've unfortunately had less-than-great experiences elsewhere, so this felt almost surreal in the best way. They walked me through what my car needed, answered every question without condescension, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan before starting any work. Pricing was fair, turnaround was quick, and the whole process felt smooth and honest. It's rare to find a place that makes you feel both heard and taken care of. Highly recommend.
