Comment : Went in for ac services . I felt scammed and frustrated was told services would be 300 to clean evaporator core. Called them and was informed it would take 15 more hours to clean it and services would be up to thousands they said that's the cost wouldn't go down . Felt like they just wanted the 300 to trick me to getting more services

Comment : Had some damage to the oil sensor wire done by rodents, they did a great job with fixing it and shared photos of how it was repaired, I highly recommend this shop. I will be bringing my mom's car to get worked on next. :)

Comment : Was approached by an associate from 5 minute oil change to come on over and pull aside to fill my airs tires with air for free. So myself and my family can be safe on the road. So, it's a big thanks to them.

Comment : Dropped off my truck to get a differential seal replaced. Although the truck had to be taken to McAllen to perform the work it was done in a timely manner. Kept receiving text messages with updates including pictures which was a plus. In the end they even dropped off our truck at home since my wife was left without a vehicle. Awesome customer service will definitely be a returning to get future car repairs done. Great work!!!

Comment : I had a pre-purchase inspection conducted yesterday. The team was accommodating in scheduling us at a convenient time, completed the inspection promptly, and provided a clear, comprehensive report that was understandable to both sellers and buyers. I was particularly impressed with Joshua, the representative who answered the phone. He engaged with several clients regarding their repairs and thoughtfully presented three different repair options to accommodate their financial and practical needs. While this may be standard company practice, I believe it exemplifies a commendable approach to customer service. We will certainly be returning for vehicle servicing in the future.
