Comment : We had been looking for a new GMC Yukon for a few months. Trying to find the right vehicle, in the right color was harder than you would think. Luckily not only did we find exactly what we wanted at Premier GMC, we also found a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. CJ was great to work with, and we were on the road with our new Yukon in a few hours. Thank you to all at Premier GMC!

Comment : Great experience purchasing my used vehicle at Premier GMC. The vehicle had new tires installed but they created a vibration when driving. I was able to single out the bad tire and contacted Robert about it. Although I bought the vehicle used, they had me bring it back and they mounted four more new tires, problem solved. Robert and John went above and beyond. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go see these guys at Premier GMC in Rittman.

It is rare to have a manager address you as an equal and without ego and Joe did jus that. They are even taking care of a pre-existing condition with the truck after they sold it to me.
