Comment : Came in for oil change with my infant daughter at 0900. Pulled up, had to get stroller out and everything etc...No one came out, no one could help hold door for me to come in. Older guy at counter (Clark) didnt say good morning or anything just asked my name and asked for my key. Younger service girl was friendly. I was there for 2 hours as there was a software recall update needed that would take additional hour.( not their fault) So when the car was done I was def ready to go. Got my daughter loaded up. My driver's side interior door was caked with black fingerprints and marks. I have light interior and keep my car really clean. I took baby wipes and the more I wiped the more I saw. Next was the console, smudge marks. Next.....the passenger seat had a large mix of clean and dirty oil like someones elbow was dipped in it and then applied to my seat. My daughter was fussing and I just wanted to leave. Wish I would have taken pics. The oil didnt come off which made me go into service and let them know. They didnt say anything to me. The younger girl went out, I guess she was going to get a detail guy. What's with these people and no communication? Clark could have said Im so sorry, let me take a look while she goes to get someone. They weren't busy, I had been the only person there for an hour. Detail guy comes.....cant get it out. Has to go get magic eraser which started to be too abrasive on leather. Most of the yellow was out at this point. I went in to complain about it and then, only then did Clark get up and act interested. Offered to order me a replacement seat cover. My gripe is just the terrible customer service, unfriendly demeanor. No wash for the vehicle or care by im assuming the technicians with people's interiors. Bad experience, very unfortunate.

Comment : Me and my granddaughters went one day to look at cars. I told Austin what I was looking for. He found what I was looking for. A couple days later, me and my husband went back and bought it. This is our second car we bought from Austin. He's very nice to work with. I would highly recommend this place.
