Comment : Service adviser didn't know my type of vehicle and suggested a service for another type. Then said my front brakes were fine and had only brake dust on rotors, after I told them there was grinding. Had to go to another mechanic shop who them told me all front pads and rotors need to be replaced amd brake fluid line was contaminated.

Comment : This is a long one. Buckle up. My boyfriend brought my vehicle in because it needed a computer update. They updated the car, but didn't reset my airbags so my indicator light was on and they didn't know how to reprogram it (allegedly). About two weeks later, I bring in the same car to fix a different issue (window regulator) and I also tacked on that they didn't reprogram our airbags and I want them to fix their mistake. They billed me for BOTH diagnostics, $230 each! They did not call me, but called my boyfriend (NOT THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE), about my vehicle until two days later, where they said the window regulator would be $800 and the reprogramming would be $400. I obviously said no to these absurd numbers. I asked about the airbags, as I knew it was all a matter of pressing a couple buttons, and they told me that since we got a battery replaced (not the issue we came in for, but yes, we did get a battery replaced when we got our computer updated) this airbag thing was an entirely separate issue. I ended up writing a bad review because not only did they try to charge me for 2 diagnostics when one of them was a previously noted problem, but their prices for these repairs were asinine. When we went to go pick up, they did not have MY vehicle listed under my name, but my boyfriend's. When I brought up that I don't believe I should be paying for a diagnostic regarding my airbag lights because it was a known issue, they began shuffling through papers and said they'd see what they could do. When they saw MY name, they confronted me about my bad review. I stood my ground, telling them that reviews can always be changed or removed, but I'm not happy with their service and frankly I find them money hungry and looking to scam people who don't know better. I find it extremely unprofessional to confront a customer about bad reviews, especially when I had VALID critiques regarding the incomplete job done on my vehicle. They said if I took down the review, I'd only need to pay the diagnostic on the window regulator and they'd fix the airbag light for free. I deleted the review in front of them. But yes, hello! I am writing my review again because this place is SO unprofessional, aggressively expensive, and obviously manufacturing and tampering with the reviews they keep on their page. I should not have to delete a bad review to get work done on my car that should've been done in the first place. I should not have to even write a bad review in the first place. The only reason this has 2 stars instead of 1 is because they actually made it better for me in the end and NOTHING else. And I can almost guarantee you if I hadn't written the review, I would've had to really FIGHT to make things right. TL;DR Don't go here. They charge crazy amounts and don't even finish the job.
