Comment : Had my used BMW inspected at the Elkton Main Street Location. Didn’t have a ride home and the nicest young man took me home and came and picked me up when the car was done. Friendly staff, great price and even added a quart of oil at no extra charge. Will be taking my car back for repair and oil changes. Thank you Premier Auto.

Comment : Premier solved a very difficult to diagnose issue on a very professional and customer facing manner. Multiple times in the shop for seemingly the same problem was getting frustrating for both the customer and the shop. When the true root cause was uncovered, Premier made good on their commitment to fixing the car. Made for a VERY satisfied customer.

Comment : Have a bad experience with this place two years ago I think this place overcharge too much for just a simple repair they are local but they charge like they are a big company I did my state inspection with this place they told me they need to change the brakes and rotors for almost 800 bucks they also charge me on top of the state inspection so I paid top dollar for this place now I have put up qoutes with big companies it doesn’t take 800 bucks to change a rotor and brake it’s like 500 bucks yikes this place tries to milk you well it’s a lesson learned especially we were new to this place 3 years ago so take advantage of you coz your not familiar with your car this people will rip you off so be warned…

Comment : I am giving premier automotive 1 star because I can’t give them a 0. They overcharge to the extreme and they lie about what repairs are needed. They seem to be trying to take advantage of people who don’t know what repairs cost. It does not cost $1,200 for a battery and alternator. I do not own a sports car. It should cost about half that. They also tried to charge me $180 for a full inspection before the work even though I knew what was wrong. I took my car to an honest mechanic and was told that I only needed a battery NOT AN ALTERNATOR!!! He replaced my battery for under $100 and now my car is running great. I honestly feel bad for all those who left good reviews for this place, they don’t even know that they have been ripped off. Please do not waste your money or time going here!!!
