Comment : took 4 hours to put on two new tires and get an oil change. I was asking them to also see if they could get the driver side window fixed. No luck on the window as after 4 hours I needed my car back. A friend of mine had 4 tires put on at Sumerel same day and it took 45 minutes. Had FireStone check out window a few days later and within the hour had it diagnosed, part ordered and received and window fixed. It took about 1 hr for the entire process. In other words, Day Heights is very slow in getting work done. I make appointments in order to get things done quickly.
