Comment : When I brought my car in for an oil change I told Dean that I was about to go on a several hundred mile road trip and that the mileage had been declining. He asked me some questions about maintenance performed since I had purchased the car. After I answered his questions he checked the car and recommended a tuneup and replacing some worn or very rusted parts. I agreed and came back the next day. The invoice was very fair and my car?s performance and mileage were definitely improved!

Comment : One star earned only because the girl at the front desk was very kind. The mechanic charged me about $900 for one spark plug and coil which was not the price discussed on the phone. He also lied and said I needed 4 new break calipers. After getting a second opinion it was apparent that I did not. On top of this, after the repair had been done, he continued to lecture me about why I should have let him do the rest of the work on my car, when my goal was to get OUT of their shop and somewhere better/ more reasonable priced.
