Comment : My car broke down next to the Hanover precision tune. I was so upset, calling my husband and trying to figure out where to take the car. I was making calls and looked up to see the Precision Tune... 15' from where i was sitting. I wasn't able to take my foot off the brake so I called them. I explained I was broken down next to their business. Almost immediately they came to my rescue and pushed my car into their parking lot.

I thought the car was done, beyond worth saving. It was making terrible noises and I had to keep my foot on the brake to keep it from moving, I feared the transmission.

They did a quick assessment and I learned the axle broke! Wes and his team were amazing. We had our estimate very quickly and they also found another issue with my fuel line.

I even got to meet Wes's dad who was so sweet. In a nutshell Wes and his crew fixed our car and was nothing but professional. No pressure, up front estimate and quality work. I'm thankful for AAA because I got a discount!

We will be using this Precision Tune for future repairs because of the care and professionalism of Wes and his crew.

Comment : I have been there 3 times so far and each time, my vehicle was well cared for and I was treated well by the staff. They are skilled and also friendly and personable. I don't require friendliness but it is a great bonus. All of my expectations have been exceeded.
