Comment : If you are a woman they will try and lie to you they try to tell my girlfriend that we needed $2,000 worth of work done just to get an alignment I took my car somewhere else and I was able to get an alignment done today and had them check out all the things that Precision Auto said and none of them turned out to be true avoid this company at all costs if you're smart

Comment : The mechanics emptied my trunk to look for my lug key. When putting everything back they did not put back my personal air compressor and when I noticed it missing and called, no one knows anything about it! Would never go back! No one has access to my car and they were the only ones who accessed my trunk other than myself. I guess they felt I wouldn’t notice. $90 for $57 brake shoes and $129 in labor. Never again.

Comment : Tony and the staff at the precision tune in Huber heights has to be the most professional auto mechanics I have ever come in contact with. I will from here on out. Always take my cars to this location. They were honest they were up front. They were quick. They talked to me every single day and told me the status of my vehicle. They explained the things that I did not understand because I am not an auto mechanic, nor do I claim to be. I am grateful that he took the time to ensure my vehicle was 100% fixed and at a reasonable price. Thank you Tony and thank you to the tech. Greatly appreciate you all.
