Comment : So disappointed with my service. Had my 90 year old Dads car put up to look at the brakes and they never got back to me. Called three days later to see if they had gotten to it and the manager said I told them they could have it the whole next week ! No - I dropped it off on a Wednesday and you could have it until Friday of that week. Then still no call so I called that Friday and the guy was like we did your oil change but it needs this this and this on the brakes. I wasn’t happy with the quote but since they had been good to us doing our other vehicles I went with it since they already had it. Then no call the following week to say it’s done. I called today and the guy was like yeah we finished that up last Friday ! So where was my call to come get it ???? Then I get up there and paid $800 cash and $53 on my debit card. No receipt was given for the $800 but only for the debit card transaction. Also, no oil sticker was placed in the window showing the oil had been changed and the reset inside the car was not done. It’s still blinking service oil. This was piss poor work.

Comment : Please read!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Held my car for almost a month, never called back when leaving my number for a follow up. Then tried quoting me $7,000… Towed my car to another shop out of suspicion.. and got it fixed the next day for $207… complete waste of time and a rip off!! Beware. They’re scamming.

Comment : Waited for 3 hrs to get the wheel alignment and i was wondering whats happening why was it taking so long when i went out and saw that my car was sitting idle and then they started working on it i was watching whats going on with my car they asked me to step away and not watch whats going on i would not recommend this store

Comment : See below for my previous experience. Up until last 12 to 18 months I've been very pleased. The last two experiences were poor to awful. I took my car in for one repair, everything took too long, and get getting dragged out.
I will say the manager saved me on labor which I appreciated.

Most recently the car was acting up, dropped it off on Sunday evening. Monday was a holiday, I had to call Tuesday afternoon, no news. Wednesday and Thursday same thing. Friday it might be the transmission. No call Saturday, when i called the tech working on my car was off. So charged for a week of no car and no diagnosis. Then recommended I bring it back the next week so they can"get eyes on it".

I hate this shop is struggling with management and labor, but don't steal my time and money. After over 20 years going here. I'm out. Don't go here.

I've been going here since I bought my first car in 2003. Good, honest people. The proof is in the lot, always double parked always different cars.
