Comment : I brought my car here for diagnostic test when I knew something was wrong with my vehicle and that I definitely had some kind of oil leak. For $170 they told me nothing was wrong with my car. At first I thought maybe they must be correct and I continued to drive the car. Thankfully, I decided getting a second opinion at another local shop would ease my mind. They had my car for 30 minutes before they called me up and told me they didn't understand how someone didn't see the giant crack in which the oil was leaking from. They said it would have been impossible not to see during a diagnostic test.
I understand not wanting to work on my specific car. But I don't understand telling somebody there's nothing wrong with their car when continuing to drive this way would have destroyed my vehicle and been a safety concern.

Comment : i had an engine replaced at youre shop. yall found the crapiest engine to put in my car also adding water instead of coolant and than telling me yall use a very light coolant like sure im a dumbass, unplugged the fuse of myhorn, wrong oil, bad lifters roker arms, a bent water pump, bad ignition coils, bad spark plugs, i spent roughly 5 to 6k here costing me a couple thousands. Even after giving me the car veichle was still over heating, horn not working wrong fluids i felt like they did this on purpose .... the mechanics here i would call them and they would really be trying to leave by 3pm after 4 they werent working on any cars ... crystal had a very disgusting attitud....i havent been back since david i believe is the owner ... id say stay managing you're buisness every mechanic that helpped me correct the crap your mechanics did really had youre back and said they bet you werent aware of none of this mess. I will add pictures a little later incase yall "have no record"

Comment : this twist boot is course not loosening before alignment , will course leak in rock and pinion leak,best part they will not fix steer clear to other place

Comment : Went for an inspection took over 1.5 hours just for them to say my car failed due to headlights and ambers not working and supposedly the headlights are illegal even though they are factory lights and the ambers work. All in all DO NOT GO HERE they just want to screw you over and take your money

Comment : I purchased a Little League fundraising discount card and I was pleasantly surprised that Precision Tune Auto Care participated by donating a free state inspection. I called and made an appointment and I had no wait in getting my care in. I am pretty obsessive in maintaining my vehicles and I was shocked to have my 2022 Camry fail due to bad wipers. I opted to purchase and install new blades myself. Sure enough, my wipers were torn near the bottom. I was pretty humiliated coming home with a rejection sticker. I was able to stop by and get a reinspection without a wait. I thanked the inspector personally.
