Comment : They are under new management and we could not be happier with Precision Tune Auto Care! James went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and that our van was taken care of. They fixed our AC system, and when some problems arose in other parts of the AC system (which they recommended we replace, but we couldn't afford it at the time), he recharged our freon and is going to help us find a leak at no cost! He cares about his customers and the reputation of his company. He found ways to take care of our problems within our budget. We will only be going to Precision Tune Auto Care for our car needs from this point on.They are under new management and we could not be happier with Precision Tune Auto Care! Comment : Easy to make appointments. Courteous knowledgeable intelligent owner/manger prompt service from qualified quality technicians. Quickly got finished and back on the road with no issues. Comment : DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Went here to get my car worked on and now I have to buy a new car. Almost ended up in the hospital and thank God I didn t hurt anyone else around me. If there was a zero star option, I would have pick that. Do not trust these individuals, they will take your money and not take responsibility for the work they do.

Comment : This place screwed up my sister in laws car and will not accept fault! They did not secure a pin in the ball joint, which ended up coming out of the control arm, and caused the wheel to be free floating! The shop admitted that their newest technician was working on her car. They are refusing to fix the problem THEY caused. I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone.

Comment : I would not recommend anyone to take their car here unless you have a death wish. I had this shop put on a lower control arm and within a week the ball joint came out of the control arm causing the wheel to be free floating. I wouldn t have such an issue with this if I hadn t put the drivers side control arm on myself and that is all still completely in tact and in working motion. This mistake of not putting a carter pin in the ball joint has costed me more money and time because I now have to replace the axle too. If you have any issues with your car I would recommend doing it yourself even if you don t know what you re doing you d still do a better job than them. I even talked to them and they told me it was their newest technician but wouldn t do anything to help.

Comment : Front passenger tire bearing broke on a road trip. Drove truck right into this place they took care of it immediately. Lowered the diagnostic price for me so I could pay for the new bearing. Did it in under an hour. Fantastic work and completely saved my road trip. Thank you all again for this care.
