Comment : Brought my car in for alignment after complete front end repair. Shop refused to do it per play in front wheels. However when asked to show me such play manager refused and charged me 90 dollars. I took my car to a different shop in the area and went back with technician in doing so they showed me there was no play in any of the wheels and moved forward with a 4 wheel alignment. I will never recommend anyone using this precision auto.

Comment : I recently moved to the area and was looking for a thorough and trustworthy mechanic to work on my vehicles. I ultimately found Precision Tune Auto from a school fundraiser card I had purchased. I took my vehicle to them for a simple oil change. I have never had issues with oil leakage or any other issue after completing a change myself or taking it to another shop. Immediately upon arriving home after the oil change, and parking in my garage, I discovered a somewhat significant oil leak coming from the oil filter. I contacted the shop in hopes of getting the issue solved right away as I was planning on taking the vehicle for a week long trip, however, was told they had no mechanics available to complete the repair and were not taking responsibility for the oil leak that first appeared immediately after the work was performed. A simple post-work inspection would have quickly resulted in the discovery of the oil leak but they didn?t seem to care. Will not be using or referring Precision Auto to anyone.
