Comment : When the gal at auto zone finally figured out the problem, I took my t and c van back for hopefully the final time (of 4). Maybe we had more than one thing going on?? P tune understood our frustration after the attempts and were fair in pricing and providing service right away. While it was there I had them investigate a noise only to find a huge as suspected critter nest in the vents. Bonus not to have to return for a 5th appt. Thanks for all the help and appreciate fixing my mom?s van.

Comment : When I found my air system fan making strange sounds I brought my car in only to find that the fan was spinning with a rodent corpse jammed in it. They fit me in fast and spent six hours cleaning and sanitizing all my vents to keep my family safe from disease. Thank you to Tim for all the hard work.
