Comment : I was having steering issues and stopped in to this repair shop in the Lino Lakes area because I was concerned for safety and hoped someone could figure out what was wrong. I didn't have an appointment but, despite being busy, Paul managed to squeeze my car in to be assessed. Within an hour, I had my answers. Really kind people, clean waiting area, and affordable repairs.

Comment : I was recommended to Paul from two separate neighbors when my car gave me a very harsh out of the blue issues. Him and his team were very responsive and very good at communicating what they were finding what was imperative what could wait and what their suggestions were. Ultimately my car wasn?t so great to me soon after and again they had to do some digging a research to find out just what it was and they did just that. I will continue to return for future needs.

Comment : Was able to drop truck off same day I called. Then was contacted within a couple of hours after the inspection was completed with findings along with pictures of the issues, resolution snd quote. A few hours later my truck was ready to go! Great customer service and experience. Wouldn?t go anywhere else!

Comment : I called Precision Tune and talked to Paul about my 60k maintenance due soon. He went through what was needed, gave me an estimate and recommended what I should do first if didn?t want to do everything all at once. I took my car in the next week, they did the work. The estimate was right on. No surprises. Very happy with the service.
