Comment : We’re fairly new to Balt. County, my daughter got her first car this year and I have AAA for our vehicles, she needed service and Precision Tune was on their list of shops. I am a “woman” lol.. who doesn’t know much about cars, i have felt very comfortable and reassured every time we needed servicing. I’m very pleased with Chris and it’s another mechanic that we've dealt with as well both are very polite, knowledgeable and honest. The communication between the mechanics and customer is always on point, I know the thought is mechanics or shops get over on women, there may be some truth to that but I haven't had a bad experience thus far, my daughter actually only wants to take her car to Precision Tune. I would recommend Precision Tune over and over again. I can’t thank them enough for the accurate diagnosis of her vehicle EVERYTIME and then the fast repair work. You can always find cheaper places to get repairs, but can you rely on the work, their word or the mechanic. ~Liberty Rd location
