Comment : I bought the super saver card and there were no terms and conditions that 2 coupons cannot be used for 2 different services in the same visit. If i had known that, I'd have driven the vehicle off the lot and brought it back in for a "second visit". I wish they'd make a one time exception because it wasn't my fault. Other than that, my previous review below is still valid:

Extremely professional, courteous, trustworthy and prompt service around here. This is one of the few rare places that makes you feel you're not getting ripped off. Highly recommend!

Comment : Refused to remove my spark plugs, put some lubricant to loosen the 4th plug, said to let it sit overnight, because if they break anything it'll cost me $2,000+

I have someone else complete the work. Leave a 1 star review. Later return, deliberately, and ask them to remove the lubricant. Mind you, they did some work on my car following vandalism.

They say no problem! We can remove the goop that fried your new spark plugs—no charge!

There's a coolant leak, all of a sudden, wasn't there before. They do not even mention anything about it to me. I discover it after I leave.

Months later I go back and try to get them to replace the 4th spark plug they fried. Now they can't get the new plug off that was just put on. They're afraid. They don't want to break anything. They refuse to repair it now. He says, well, we don't want to mess anything up, like let's say a coolant leak. Sends me on my way with a coolant leak. Leaves my vehicle damaged.
