Comment : The Midway Drive Firestone shop is not only dedicated to providing full service to all of your auto needs, but it is also dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The staff is courteous and professional. They keep you informed of how things are progressing with fixing or maintaining your vehicles. Above all, the staff is very knowledgeable about how to fix car problems and will give you a list of what needs to be done immediately, as well as suggestions of whether you want to take care of potential upcoming issues, such as letting you know that you are soon due for an oil change or whether you want to wait to get a new battery now or later because the warrantee will soon expire. The service is fast, reliable, and professional.

Comment : I was going to come on here and give a glowing review until I checked my email that shows the attached "Courtesty Check Summary". I came in for a scheduled tire rotation and alignment, was told 2 hours, and they had it done in two hours. Great, awesome.I know for a fact that my washer fluid was low, I've had a notification for the past week, and planned on going to AutoZone after my tire rotation to get a refill (which I did because it was bone dry).How does my courtesy check summary show that my washer fluid is "checked and acceptable"?Now I'm questioning my entire service...I drive a Tesla, it's a computer on wheels, it's easy to look at the screen and see the washer fluid is low. Something so miniscule and easy to check to cause a customer to question the rest of the service is bad business and integrity on your technicians.I was going to come on here and give a glowing review until I checked my email that shows the attached "Courtesty Check Summary". Comment : This place is horrible, took 3 hours and 45 min to change a tire. I wouldn t bring my worst enemy here. The US government should send DOGE to this location for the amount of waste they provide to citizens of the area. Customer service is terrible, and no communication. Would not recommend this location to even my ex-wife.

Comment : Took them 3.5 hours to change a flat tire, but the truck was up on the rack for 2 hours. Clearly just trying to run up costs on people. Also the bathroom was beyond disgusting, which is important when you spend half your day waiting for something that should take 10 min. Mark and avoid.

Comment : I set & confirmed an appointment yesterday for today, this afternoon. I cleared my work schedule for this afternoon s appointment. I arrive to find out that they are low on technicians today and cannot service my vehicle. That is fine and completely understandable, but what isn t quite understandable is not getting a call beforehand to inform me and reschedule. Comment : After getting an oil change and aligment I left , hit a curb and busted my tire. They not only then needed to replace my tire but the technitian suggested I align again. Thank-you for all your help after my carelesness.

Comment : My CV axel was broken on my car so I dropped it off early on Sunday morning & with no appointment. Anthony & his staff got to working on my car. They were so excellent with my car. I got it back on Tuesday afternoon. My car feels a lot safer to drive and I can tell they were thorough in their repair work. I will be taking my car here for any future repairs.
