Comment : Do not give these people business, I had 4 subs and a box installed, the box had a small air leak so I brought it back to get it fixed/looked at, they taped the air leak but in the process of removing my subs they dropped one and cracked it, then turned down my amp so I wouldn?t notice it rattling right away. I called the store and they just denied it, and told the young guy to tell the owner or manager to contact me and was left dry. Unprofessional and I?d just simply like the damaged you caused to be replaced, Precision you know this install and have my number, call me to replace the sub and I?ll remove the post.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Came to Precision Car Audio from a recommendation from a friend. So glad I did. Met with Tyler and he showed me some equipment (amp, speaker box, etc) for my son?s Toyota Tacoma. Just wanted to add some extra bass while keeping stock stereo without breaking the bank. Tyler exceeded my expectations with keeping me within budget and got some great sound for my son?s truck. Did install in less than 2 hours and looks as good as stock. Awesome job.

Comment : Went in for a routine maintenance. They did it in a few hours and fixed another problem for my car. It was super easy and convenient for someone who lives in the city. Also, I thought the quoted price was great. Will definitely come back

Comment : Just a four year follow up review to my last one. This is still an excellent repair shop. They're reliable, their price estimates hold, the repairs are done on time, and they're good at communicating back to the car owner. John and his son Giacomo are the managers here. I went to the Mazda dealership today and everything about it Just reminds me why I like Precision so much better, obviously for out of warranty work, and last year I had an in warranty repaired done there just so I wouldn't have to deal with Mazda

Comment : Terrible and highly unprofessional business!! I brought my 2005 Ford econoline van to them last year for a front brake job. Recently, I called John and Jockamo (THE OWNERS) about getting an estimate for changing the spark plugs on my ford van and changing the belts and hoses on my other 2002 van. Now all of a sudden, they said they don't work on vehicles that are 2002 and 2005 so now I have to lodge multiple complaints against them and their business to the better business bureau and also to the California State Bureau of auto repair (https://bar.ca.gov/), I will also lodge complaints to State agencies to ensure that their shop mechanics are properly certified and I will also lodge complaints to ensure that their employees are being paid by payroll instead of cash only because if its cash only then they aren't paying their taxes. I will also lodge a complaint with the franchise tax board and request an audit of their business. I will also be sending in multiple friends from my church group who own older cars like mine and if John and Jockamo perform any work on those vehicles, I will take them to court and sue them for harassment of unfair business practices, choosing customers who they only want to service and preferential treatment towards others who are not like me.

Comment : I had a good experience with this auto shop! They were super honest, friendly, and quick to respond. They ran diagnostics on my grandmas car and handled the maintenance efficiently and professionally. Everything was done quickly without any hassle, and the team was a pleasure to work with. Overall, a trustworthy and top-notch. I highly recommend!
