Precision Auto was right there so I stopped in and told John, who appeared to be very busy. He dropped everything he was doing and noticed a leaky hose, rusted clamp and another problem that may have become a big problem in the future. Usually it's been my experience in a situation like this, you have to leave the car and you are stuck for hours. John seemed to care, and knew what he was doing. The guy was so rude and disrespectful. Said they put in ceramic tent but they use cheap hybrid tent. They say they cheaper but only cause they give you cheap tent. Will not be returning and I don t recommend to anyone. Kenner, LA Reviewed : 12/14/2024 Comment : I almost never post reviews but I feel compelled to so no one else gets cheated the way I did. I went once before due to brakes issues and paid well over $700 since my brakes were screaming/I couldn't recall the last time I had my brakes pads replaced and I didn't want to risk it. Thinking this is a moral establishment, I decided to go back when my car had an engine light go off. I paid $200 for a thorough"inspection/diagnosis" and they quoted me over $1,000 to "fix the engine issue". I had a gut feeling I was being lied to and cheated (mind you I'm no mechanic) so I took my car to a trusted South Bay mechanic the next day and he not only "fixed" the problem in 30 seconds (turns out it was a 2-inch hose that had a crack in it and was a 75? part) but he also told me THEY DIDNT EVEN OPEN THE HOOD OF MY CAR for the so-called"inspection". How did he know this do you ask? Typically car engines are super dusty and when my South Bay mechanic opened the hood, there wasn't a single hand print anywhere; the coating of dirt was even.
