Each time the work was done promptly and accurately. One of the three is over 70 years old. Because I am not able to leave a vehicle for service and must wait for the work to be done, I am grateful to find that in each service appointment, Dave accommodated my situation by arranging his own schedule to do that requested work while I waited. Service at Precision Transmission is always first rate and the personnel knowledgeable, friendly, and determined to satisfy the customer's needs. Which is fine because nobody owes me anything , but it would have been nice.Desperate for help in the freezing rain I stopped in Precision. Not being from the area , the guy knew that he would have nothing to gain from me as a new customer. The gentleman dropped what he was doing (whom I later found out was the owner). For starters... he took the time to listen to my desperate situation on that freezing crappy-weathered day. With a gentle smile he said that he would come out and take a look at it and he did so.Before I knew it the guy was changing out my tire in front of his shop as he was getting poured on with freezing rain. I have not seen this kind of service in many decades! He took a few minutes and change it out for me while I waited. If it was not for his kindness and generosity I never would have made it home.And he didn't charge me a dime. It only took 4 or 5 minutes but he could have charged me $200, because I was so desperate and he knew I was desperate but he did not take advantage of me. Not only that, but he showed up with humility and kindness and love for a stranger. I don't remember his name , but he is a true good samaritan!Yes, my vehicle is not serviced so I cannot speak for what they do.But by looking at their reviews , they are known for their ability and honesty. It very much so though does speak for the ethics and morals that this shop has. I will never forget the kindness and professionalism that the owner of Precision granted me. As I was bringing it back down to Massachusetts, I fell into the middle of a major 'nor-easter. Road conditions were very bad. As I was coming down 95 I lost a tire on my trailer. I was forced to drive it on the highway.Four miles before I hit my closics exit. I stopped in at the first shop that I noticed, called Auto Land. I explained my desperate situation to the gentleman working at the desk and offered to pay with what little cash I had just to have my spare put on which would only take about five minutes with the proper tools.
