Comment : Went in for an oil change and to investigate a noise. Couldn't find the noise, the owner even let me drive him around for 15 minutes trying to make it happen. No extra charge for this service and the noise stopped. If it starts up again, I'll certainly be back!

Comment : I had a great experience at Precision Transmission. My truck was making a ?phantom? noise that I wasn?t sure anyone else would be able to detect. David took the time to respectfully listen to my vocal recreation of the sound and ask me a few clarifying questions. He knew right away a few things that might be causing it?one of which he cautioned could be dangerous if left unchecked?and scheduled me in at the next available slot. During the appointment, he was able to figure out the culprit, and he took the time to patiently explain it to me without being condescending. My husband had an equally positive experience with his truck, so we will be bringing our vehicles to Precision from now on.
