Comment : I chose the location in clackamas based on reviews of safelight Portland locations after a no show, no call incident with the Beaverton location. I was very happy and satisfied after the windshield repair work done by the clackamas staff. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. As a customer who always arrives early, I was also impressed by the other interactions of two other customers. I highly recommend this location.

Comment : Impossible to call this location and speak with a human. The AI chat bot hung up on me. There needs to be a direct line to call this location. Do not patronize this business until this is addressed.

Comment : Booking the appointment on line was easy. Chayse did excellent work in replacing and recalibrating the windshield! He also has great communication skills. I was surprised that the time to do the work was shorter than the quoted. The windshield looks great!
