Comment : I do not recommend this shop if you have a fleet (company) vehicle since they do not understand how to work with larger corporate fleet management companies. They held my vehicle hostage for weeks and now black listed from this fleet management company. I tried to keep the business local and give this shop an opportunity.

Comment : Brought my 2019 Subaru Ascent here for some fender, headlight and painting after a boat fell on my car. From the first meeting to get just a rough estimate to the completion of the repair they were exceptional. Professional, clear and regular communication with not only myself but also with the party who owned the boat. I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service and quality work I received. I was very stressed after the incident occurred but Ryan and everyone at Precision helped to ease it with their professionalism.

Thank you Precision for getting my car back to me in such pristine condition.

Comment : They deserve more than 5 stars. I cannot say enough good things about Precision of Bend.

I brought my Rivian in after noticing fluid leakage, which was extremely concerning. I was debating driving three hours to the Rivian service center in Portland, but I did not feel the vehicle was safe to drive that far and wanted a professional opinion first.

Although Precision of Bend is primarily a collision center, the president of the company personally came out to inspect my vehicle. He took the time to look it over himself and even drove it into the shop because he had a strong feeling this was a situation where the car should not be driven.

He then got on the phone with Rivian corporate and within minutes clearly explained the issue. It was confirmed to be a do-not-drive situation, and Rivian approved towing the vehicle to Portland along with the repair being fully covered under warranty.

The level of care, urgency, and advocacy they showed was truly above and beyond. They did not have to step in the way they did, but they did anyway, and it made a stressful situation significantly easier.

I am incredibly grateful for their help and professionalism. While I hope I never need collision work, Precision of Bend will absolutely be my first call if I do.

Comment : Brought in a recently purchased used vehicle that had what appeared to be a paint scuff on the rear bumper. I was wanting an estimate to repaint, but turned out to be some rubbing compound left on the paint. Precision polished out the "scuff" in about a minute and didn't charge me anything. The gentleman was super nice about it. I know where I will go if I ever need paint or body work.

Comment : Great people great service. My garage door scrapped my back bumper on my 911 Porsche and I took it to them to take a look at it. They immediately grabbed some rubbing compound and a stag and started working on it. Got some of the scuff off but then said to bring it back tomorrow and we will wet sand and buff it. So I did. They took it into their shop for maybe 30 minutes and brought it back out to park it and said it’s ready. They didn’t charge me a dime. I tried to give them some cash or buy him or their employees lunch. The said no thanks. I would definitely give them a call if you are in need of any auto body work. Thanks guys! Troy

Comment : I came in with a couple little scuffs and dings, they were able to fix it in the blink of an eye. They also left me know what products to use to take care of the small stuff myself. 10/10!
