Comment : I had caught around all over Paris precision automotive is the only one who worked with me knew my budget didn't go over it wonderful values constantly kept me updated helped me out so much knowing the budget I was in I would not be taking my car anywhere else at precision automotive they treat you more as of family than a customer and it is really wonderful to have a teambehind you who will let you know what needs me done instead of trying to pull money out of your pocket. Comment : I am confident that when my car needs service, the mechanics at Precision will be willing to listen to my concerns, able to diagnose the problem, and make all the necessary repairs. Even when the issues are uncommon or bizarre.

Comment : This shop is a joke and will take your MONEY! 1750 to fix a oil leak and it s still leaking oil! They done an inspection on the car and tried to get me to have them replace parts on the car that they had previously replaced. When I brought up that they was new parts and they had put them on 6 months ago, all of the sudden now there isn t a problem with the parts, Pathetic. When they called and told me they was done with what they said was leaking then wanted to charge more money to fix another spot that started leaking. I was displeased with them and they said I could pick it up that evening that is was about done at 11 am. Got there at 3:45 and was told that is wasn t done and he told me he said earlier he would call me when it was done. I live an hour and 1/2 away from them and that wasn t what he said so had to come back the next day. Then I called wanting to talk to a manager before I made this review to see if we could work something out since they take care of there customer so great and I got told and texted he d call me back later and no call back so thank you Brett and Chris y all just here to take peoples money. Comment : On our trip home from Missouri, our trucks throttle was sticking, causing our truck to speed up on its own and made stopping very difficult. The guys at Napa suggested we go to Precision Auto. When we got and explained to Brett H, he did what he could and got it to where our truck could get checked out right away. Found 2 issues but the main issue was just a dirty thro/le body. He said the could just remove it and clean it that the part itself was still good. Most shops would have just told us we had to replace it, these guys didn't. Talk about an honest shop! The got us back on the road within a couple hours. We are so greatful for their help!
