Comment : I am from out of state and my car started misbehaving, I found these guys on line and called them after lunch on a Friday. I didn't think I had much of a chance of getting in and I still had hours to drive. They squeezed me in and did diagnostics and fixed my issues and gave me some recommendations to keep my car running well. Not only was i treated well and welcome, they fixed it and didn't gouge me. They got me on my way quickly and I still am very grateful for their service, expertise and welcoming attitude. From the gentleman who answered the phone who got me in, to the office personel, to the mechanics who figured out my problem and fixed it, I can't say enough to recommend this business to anyone who needs work on their vehicles. It is a lucky town to have such a great business, it reflects well. I just want to thank them again for the kindness they showed me in my hour of need!

Comment : Was super nervous taking my husband's truck in as we just moved here and weren't sure where to go but Erik and the team at Precision have been great. Great prices, very communicative, and when our truck decided to quit again just 2 days after getting it back, they got it over to the shop again for us. Having to go to the mechanic is never an exciting experience this company is super trustworthy!

Comment : my car has had an ongoing issue for months now and it’s been brought in to two different mechanics up here in frisco where i live… neither one could find the issue. my dad recommended this place and they were able to find the problem within one day of having my vehicle… it was such a relief knowing my car was in good hands when they told my dad how excited they were to get their hands on a vehicle no one else could figure out.

Comment : This place has had my Chevrolet Colorado for 10 days, ordered wrong parts in the beginning, because they didn't take the rear end apart before ordering.. it's the 10th day today, it needed barrings in rear end, just don't understand why I haven't gotten my truck fixed and back home, already paid precision Auto 1,098.00 to get it fixed.

Comment : We were 4 hours into a 13 hour road trip and broke down in Paris, TX, a quarter mile from Precision. They were so kind and friendly, called a tow truck for us (who didn’t even charge us, bless him!) and got our car fixed and had us safely on the road as quickly as possible. They triple checked the car and test drove it repeatedly until they were sure it was just right, let us bring our dogs in to wait, and treated us with such kindness. These weary travelers will always be grateful for Precision, and can’t rave enough about the service they provided.

Edit: Our van is driving better than it has in months, and we arrived safe and sound at our destination. Thanks again, Precision! You saved our vacation!

Comment : I called Precision Automotive about my Outlander and was told the diagnostic would be free. Based on that, I had it towed to your shop and once they were ready to look over received docs to sign showing invoice for an amount but again I was told free so just ignored. After receiving an estimate that was out of my budget, I asked to be notified when the vehicle was ready for pickup.

I later got a message saying the car was ready, with no mention of a charge. It wasn’t until the tow company arrived that I was informed of a $103 balance.

I was told it would be a free quote, and that’s what I expected. Moving forward, please be clear and upfront with any charges so customers know what to expect before potential customer goes through the trouble to tow a vehicle over Thank you.
