Comment : Was starting my route for an Amazon delivery provider when I was assigned a van that had a tire worn down to the threads. I needed a new one immediately because I still had a route to complete. Mark was able to locate the specialty tire needed and got me on my way so I was able to finish the route.

Comment : The front desk employee explained what needed to be done and what would be done prior to the work being done. He kept me posted on how the work was moving along. At the end of the job, a copy of all that was done, plus expenses, was reviewed and a copy was given to me.

Comment : Excellent service. Above and beyond. I broke down on my way through town. They not only fixed my vehicle but made sure I got situated in a good motel. They also worked extra to get me on the road before they closed for the weekend. I recommend them very highly!

Comment : I brought my van to them because I needed my ECM replaced. It was my second one in six months. They did not dig into what could be causing it to go out, but they did find other little problems that they wanted to charge me over $2,000 for. My ECM was under warranty from a different shop, so that wasn't included in the charging price. They put a zip tie on my plug to my ECM instead of fixing it. I would have been okay with them replacing it at the time, not now.

I brought it back to them for diagnostics because my van was still under warranty. They couldn't find anything wrong the first day, and the second day they said it was the idle air control motor. I replaced it in 5 minutes, but that wasn't even the problem.
They also missed the loud popping coming from my rear end, which was my U-joint. I had someone else replace that, and it only took maybe 30 minutes to an hour.

The workers there oversell their work and say things will take longer than they actually will. I understand they work on multiple vehicles at a time, so it does take longer, but not the actual work itself. They talk fast and are pushy to force you to make a quick decision so you can't think about your options. They know how to sell you on a rip-off.

Comment : Brent @ Precision Auto was awesome he helped with getting a precise estimate to my low gas mileage. After further inspection explained how problem started which affected other issues. It was a cracked exhaust manifold and was heating everything thing around it . We agreeed to an amount with ride from home for me, which was over and above kind. I am recommending them as very thorough and they can back it up with a 3 year warranty.
