Comment : My 2007 PT Cruiser was having “transmission slipping” symptoms for about 2 months. As a car mechanic myself, I replaced the transmission with a low miles used one, but the issue was still there. Of course it’s very unlikely that 2 different transmissions have exactly the same problem so I decided to take it to the Chrysler dealership. Long story short, car was there for 5 days (only because I didn’t want to wait no more), and their final diagnostic was “bad transmission”. I wasn’t happy with that so I decided to take it to PRECISION AUTOMOTIVE & TRANSMISSION and these guys were fantastic since I walked in to their shop. Martin took care of me and I can say he paid attention to every piece of information I gave him and was very attentive and confident in his team.
Car was dropped off in the evening so Martin told me my car will be checked the next day. They did and the diagnostic was a clogged catalytic converter, which causes engine back pressure and reduces engine power.
Diagnostic and repairs were done right the first time, car is fixed and I can’t be more happy and impressed about their service and the way they treated me as a customer. I will definitely come back to them next time I need any of my vehicles serviced. Thank you Martin and your team, you are the best!!!

Comment : thing these people don't understand is this...my stepdad calls up there tells them not to let me get my stuff outta his truck so then he can take my stuff and steal it from me but I CAN'T get my stuff outta his truck before he can do that :(

Comment : I am from out of state and my car started misbehaving, I found these guys on line and called them after lunch on a Friday. I didn't think I had much of a chance of getting in and I still had hours to drive. They squeezed me in and did diagnostics and fixed my issues and gave me some recommendations to keep my car running well. Not only was i treated well and welcome, they fixed it and didn't gouge me. They got me on my way quickly and I still am very grateful for their service, expertise and welcoming attitude. From the gentleman who answered the phone who got me in, to the office personel, to the mechanics who figured out my problem and fixed it, I can't say enough to recommend this business to anyone who needs work on their vehicles. It is a lucky town to have such a great business, it reflects well. I just want to thank them again for the kindness they showed me in my hour of need!

Comment : Was super nervous taking my husband's truck in as we just moved here and weren't sure where to go but Erik and the team at Precision have been great. Great prices, very communicative, and when our truck decided to quit again just 2 days after getting it back, they got it over to the shop again for us. Having to go to the mechanic is never an exciting experience this company is super trustworthy!
