Comment : Brought my mini cooper for transmission service. They did an amazing job. Completed on time and actually ahead of schedule. Comment : Its always good when you find a shop you can trust. Precision was recommended to me for some major work on my vehicle and I have pleaesed with their work since. I know that if I take my vehicle to them I can trust them. I highly recommend this business.

Comment : I have been a long time customer to this place until today. The owner’s child was so rude to me so arrogant and acted so entitled it would make my stomach Turn to give them more of my hard earned money, knowing That my money might actually go to pay to enable such awful arrogant disrespectful behavior towards a customer
I guess because he thinks he’s the owner son he can treat a customer however he wants but I am a very big believer on word-of-mouth and the interaction that I had with that child is going to be shared everywhere every social media site every review site and I’m going to cancel my next appointment and I’m taking my business elsewhere. I will not be disrespected. I will not be talked rudely to, and I certainly will not be argued with over something as petty as a key fob that was in the center console and had the mechanic called me. He would’ve found it. He may be the owner’s son, but he just lost his mother a very valuable and loyal customer.
I guess that doesn’t matter though because apparently he feels like he can run her
Maybe he feels like nothing he does has any consequence maybe he used to just running her and being Entitled and arrogant even though she owns the place! I don’t know what the deal is, but I want no part of it.

Comment : I went through three different places trying to get work done on my Mini Cooper. Initially I was nervous taking my vehicle here with some of their previous reviews but they came highly recommended from someone I knew. I can attest that I did not experience any of the issues that seemed to happen in the past. In fact, this was the only place that was straight forward and honest through the entire process compared to the other two shops I took the vehicle to. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Mini Cooper!

Comment : We took out Jeep in yesterday for what we believed was an oil leak. Turns out it was a coolant leak. They replaced the necessary parts. Throughout the process we were informed of the price ( which was very reasonable) and was advised we would have the Jeep back by the end of the day! We highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
