Comment : I told them what was wrong with my car. So they said they would look at it. After that. They tried to charge me over $350. Just for looking at it. How are you gonna charge somebody that much money after I told you what was wrong with it. I did not pay that. Do not take your car there. Go to cascade motors. Or even rivers edge automotive.

It's unfortunate there are only 5 stars because they deserve more.
The minute you step in the door they are all about your needs and wanting to make sure you are taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. Depending on the length of service required the goal is to make your day go as smoothly as possible whether you need a ride or a loaner or just want to hang out
They diagnose the problem and then discuss the quote with you make their professional recommendation but don't in anyway push you if there are just suggested items which are not urgent which is nice so you don't feel pressured but are aware of things you should consider at a date in the future.
Everyone you speak to is friendly and knowledgeable.
It's a breath of fresh air to go into a business where everyone you encounter treats not only the customer well but are respectful of their work partners also.
This is the kind of business The Dalles can be proud to have as part of our community.

Comment : Have used Precision Automotive numerous times in the last few years, very friendly, knowledgeable, staff, repairs done with no issues, very satisfied with the results.
BUT??this latest visit for a brake bleeding process on my vehicle after I replaced the front brake calipers, was good, brake pedal application back to normal. After returning home, checked to make sure all was well, holy smoke?.no clean up of brake fluid from the rear backing plates, looks as though the bleeders were just opened, fluid allowed to run out and run down making a mess, no containment of any kind. Had help applying the breaks, didn?t appear to be leaking out the bleeder under pressure.
Don?t want to get anyone in trouble, just reminded that proper procedures?.and clean up are an important aspect to business longevity and customer satisfaction.
