Comment : Pratt has been nothing but helpful. They are honest and thorough with diagnosing any issues I've had with my Jeep. I live in Virginia, but have a cottage in Charlotte and a lot of time there. By far thier service center out shines any that I deal with in VA. I wish they were here in my home state.

Comment : We were traveling through the area and had been dealing with a slow leak in a tire for over a week. We were only in town for one night at a motel. I went to one repair place and was told the tire could not be repaired and they did not have what I needed in stock. They recommended another place but they did not have the tire in stock either. They recommended Pratt. I placed a call and was told a tire was in stock, to come right over and they would work me in. The tire was replaced and I was back at the motel in plenty of time before checkout. Service was very friendly and understanding.
