Comment : Fast, no hassle. They get the job done and they try every angle to get you what you want. Love them, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Stop in and ask for Stephanie she was a go getter and she always stayed in touch even on her days off. Can't stress how awesome she is and how she made everything as comfortable as possible.

Comment : The staff are perfectly fine and pleasant to deal with, so this review is not in regard to their professionalism; rather, my review is in regard to their policy to only fix recalls on vehicles they themselves sold at this dealership. I had my truck scheduled for a routine service, and I called on a Friday and asked if they would fix the recall as well. The service employee informed me that they would add it to the work ticket for the day the vehicle was to be serviced. My appointment was for 0930, but the vehicle wasn t ready till 1400. Due to the length of time this routine maintenance took (oil change/tire rotation), I assumed they took care of the recall as well. I checked the day after, and the recall was not addressed. I called PRATT, and they informed me that they only took care of recalls of vehicles they sold, but I could be put on a waiting list. Subsequently, I called GM customer service, and they informed me that this is an unusual practice and they should handle the recall if capable due to it being a licensed GM dealer and service provider. Then what happened was that GM scheduled me the recall appointment, but PRATT called to let me know that it was an invalid appointment. Due to the location and remoteness of this area, I now have to drive to Bangor (almost 2 hrs away) to receive a fix to a GMC manufacturer recall, a pretty serious one at that. I understand that if your shop is not capable of fixing the recall, but to state plainly that you only fix recalls for vehicles you sell, they will put you on an ambiguous waitlist is unethical in my opinion. I informed GM of this dealer's practice and filed a complaint with the NHTSA. The staff are fine, but this dealership/service policy on recalls is dangerous in my opinion. The staff are perfectly fine and pleasant to deal with, so this review is not in regard to their professionalism; rather, my review is in regard to their policy to only fix recalls on vehicles they themselves sold at this dealership.
