Comment : I took my 2019 Jeep in for a diagnostic and Mando was quick to tell me that it needed a recalibration after replacing tie rod ends. We did recalibration and now everything works good as new. Dealership wanted to charge me a fortune. I definitely recommend this place.

Comment : I had a great experience at P-Pac McAllen Tx. Several lights came on my dash including the check engine light. I called P-Pac and spoke with Jasmine. She was cheerful and efficient. They got my car in immediately. I worked with Mondo regarding the issue. He is very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my vehicle. He had my problem diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. Jasmine did an excellent job with follow up and letting me know my car was ready.
