Comment : I gashed my tire so bad and guess who stocks tires for my car? No one. Even the chevy dealership had to special order it meaning I???d be driving on my donut for at least a day. Mario got my tire and changed it within like, three hours. I was so impressed, everyone was kind and professional, they totally saved my butt. Would definitely recommend them for any and all services and I would absolutely work with them again!

Comment : Excellent service ! I was recently stuck on i80 west late at night, Didn???t know what to do or where to take the car. They arrived immediately & was able to take my vehicle back to their shop for further diagnosis. Come to find out it was my alternator, They were able to fix all my problems within one day. Highly recommended

Comment : Had a flat tire on 287 South on my way to work the other morning. It was completely deflated so I couldn???t get to an exit to get off. I called AAA as I???ve been a member since 1995. They said it would be 60 min but should be less bc of where I was. It???s not considered safe. I was on the shoulder and could feel the passing of every truck which was definitely unsettling. I???m a teacher so it was extra stressful knowing I had students waiting and we were short of coverage. Unfortunately it???s a big deal when a teacher can???t be where they are supposed to be. Very stressful. So after an hour I got a call from Powder Mill who said they should be there in fifteen or twenty minutes and asked if I was on the Northbound or Southbound side. I told him, although I told AAA maybe they messed that up. He had my number regardless. He confirmed where I was. I expressed my anxiety as it was longer than I was told. Never mind I had to use a bathroom and no place to even go outside. After 30 min I called them back and instead of being sympathetic or kind he said ???you???re not the only one stuck this morning ma???am??? After another 15 min or more I got a call from the driver asking me if I was on the north or southbound side. I felt like I was in a twilight show episode (for anyone who remembers that). I said sir you???re the third person I???m telling I???m on the southbound side. Granted I was really pissed off at this point. Missed all my morning classes and had to put in for a half sick day. He said don???t yell at me I???m the one looking for you as if I was in the woods somewhere. By then the northbound side had construction traffic and of course he was in it. I finally got help over 2 hours and 20 min after my call and to work 3 hours late! AAA needs to evaluate who they use or get more partners!! Terrible experience.

Comment : This is my experience with this shop, you make your own conclusion. I had my car towed to the shop on Tuesday around 10 am or so. I was told that the diagnostics was $90.00 + tax. I hadn't heard from them all day so I called around 4pm or so to ask what was going on with the car. I was told that they had not worked on the car that more than likely with this type of car is the clutch, they were going to work on the car "1st thing tomorrow morning", that I should be getting an estimate around 10 am or so. In the evening/night, we found out that the transmission/clutch is covered under Ford extended warranty. I called Wednesday at 7:05 am to ask them to please not to work on the car, that, if indeed, it was the transmission/clutch it was covered under Ford extended warranty. The person answering the phone said that his technicians had worked on the car all day "yesterday" (I have no idea why they worked on the car since i had not agreed to anything) and i owed them $215.92 + the cost of transmission fluid. I ended up paying the $215.92, because they had my car and I needed it towed to Ford. I would have had no problem paying for the diagnostic but $215.92 for work that I had not agreed, in my opinion is not right.

Comment : Called up needing to be towed, got quick service for a good price; Patrick was really nice and even offered to drop me off somewhere while I waited for a pick up. Couldn't ask more of these guys.
