August and his team were incredibly thorough and professional. Unlike other places that just did a visual check, they performed a full diagnostic and a borescope inspection to actually go see what was going on.
?They were able to identify a mechanical defect that others had dismissed, providing me with the clear, documented proof I needed. Comment : Precision Automotive came through for me in the clutch. I usually do my own repairs but encountered an unforseen issue right before a hernia surgery. I was stuck and laid up. My first search on Google and I find Precision. I called and talked to August, who was superb. Their team diagnosed the issue and repaired it, all for their original estimate and nothing more in less than 24 hours. But wait, there's more.
