Comment : I was recommended poway integrity by a couple people at Costco and I?m so grateful. I had been going to Evans in Poway and a couple years ago they told me I needed to replace the control arms for almost $2000. I took it to integrity and they said they be doing a disservice to recommend this as there was still time to replace and not necessary at the time. 20,000 miles later I took it in for a noise and they said I had a large bolt in the tire. While assessing it they said the control arms now needed replacing. Almost 2 years after Evans told me to replace them. Job done efficiently, car is great, so thank you Ronnie, Brandon and team at Integrity!

Comment : Had a 1pm appointment for wheel alignment. Arrived at 1pm and they were ready. After completing alignment, they took for test ride and noticed steering wheel was still not straight when driving straight down the road. Put it back on the rack and retest drove to confirm it was right. Still got me out in an hour. Great job!

Comment : I?m a divorced single mom and I?m always aware that some mechanics treat women differently. I found Poway Integrity Automotive through AAA, then researched their reviews, which were overwhelmingly positive. I took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a strange sound. They were prompt to review the issue and provide a quote. They completed the service within 1-2 days. It actually ended up being a pretty serious issue and they quoted me for a rear CV joint when it was actually the front CV joint that needed replacing. Despite the front costing more, they still only billed me for the rear, saying it was their error and wouldn?t accept me paying the difference. Their work also comes with a generous warranty which really puts my mind at ease. I?m happy to say Poway Integrity is my go to mechanic from here on out. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
