Comment : I took my Subaru cross track in to Precision auto to get a drive belt changed. The dealership told me I needed a drive belt. They came back and let me know that the drive belt was perfectly fine and I didn’t really need one, but they would put it in if I wanted them to. I said no if it doesn’t need it that’s fine. They proceeded to check out the rest of my car and it did need a battery. The service was quick. They were very friendly and very honest and I appreciate that.

Comment : My 2005 Sienna wouldn't start. Call AAA and they replaced my battery (6 yrs old). Car still wouldn't start. Had car towed to precision after talking to Grace (precision) (hoped for a starter problem vice ignition problems.. Precision diagnosed problem as starter. Also needed front brakes. Gave go ahead. Next day they called and said the car was ready. Precision sent a complimentary lyft to take me to Precision. Car running and starting like new again. I've used Precision before a few times.
Very Knowledgeable and fair honest pricing. Daughter has used them recently also. Only one's i trust with my car. Special shoutout for Grace. Great communicator and very knowledgeable about cars. AAA rating

Comment : I am always skeptical when dealing with auto repair shop because some of my experiences were good and some were not as far as quality of work and labor cost. My experience with Precision Auto Repair was excellent from start to finish. Grace dealt with me with honesty and repair cost was very fair and competitive. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and charges and I was treated nicely and professionally. I highly recommend this shop for customer who wants to be treated with honesty and respect.
