Comment : Was referred to Poway transmissions from my usual shop and glad they did. Monica was friendly on the phone and helped me get scheduled for my visit. On the day of my appointment Monica was taking care of another client so Lloyd came out to assist. He was friendly and professional and got me situated and checked in. After some diagnosing they determined the issue and provided some recommendations and a quote. No hard sales tactics just an honest assessment of the situation and course of action to help get my vehicle road worthy again. The fellas at my shop said Poway transmissions would take care of me and my vehicle and after my experience with Lloyd and Monica I'm glad I was referred to them. Thank you for taking care of me and my jeep. Y'all gained a new customer in me and if I should ever need transmission service for any of my vehicles in the future I know where to go.
