Comment : At the suggestion of a friend, I visited Portsmouth Used Car Center and couldn't be happier. The salesperson Ric was terrific and made the process very easy, encouraging me to take my time and test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. There was no sales pressure campaign whatsoever and the very fair no-haggle price they offer makes the process quick and easy. I will definitely use these guys again!

Comment : The entire process was incredibly easy. I originally came in to look at two trucks, but one had sold earlier that day. After test driving the second, I realized it didn’t have the features I wanted. I mentioned this to Jeremy (the General Sales Manager) and Dylan (my salesperson), and within minutes they located another truck in inventory that matched my needs exactly—no pressure, no upselling.

When it came time to talk numbers, they offered a very fair trade-in value, and the price on the new truck was excellent. I returned the following Monday to complete the paperwork and pick up the truck. Everything was straightforward—no games, no gimmicks, just an honest and efficient process.

From start to finish, I spent less than an hour at the dealership. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
