Comment : I had purchase a 2022 f150 3 months later had oil change and tire rotation started to get shake in front end so went back long story short the tires were no good complaint to management so they gave me a set of used tires with 3 month left on them the original tires only had 18000 miles so now I have to spend about 1400 bucks for new tires

Comment : I just recently purchased a used 2025 Ford bronco Outer Banks from Portsmouth Ford used car center. And quite honestly it was the best experience that I’ve ever had at a dealership. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable And also very quick to answer any questions I had during the communication process. Jacob Smith was extremely friendly and professional, and went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a used Ford to check them out.
