Comment : I found a car we had been looking for, used, at a good price online with Portsmouth Ford. Shawn had them pulled up for me when I got to the dealership and Dylan helped us with the sale. He was helpful, got answers to things he didnt know that I asked, and had funny responses. When asked why purchase a car with you over someone else the best answer ever "why not?" lol.Jason was very personable and made the tail end, when we were tired and ready to leave better with his cheery attitude. He was there late, and still was great. Comment : Jacob was efficient and did a great job helping me. I didn't end up buying a vehicle here this time (but I have in the past). They gave me a fair-trade value, were very knowledgeable, and even stayed late for me one night to make sure all my questions were answered. Would recommend!

The test drive and talk with Jake about details was quick and no pressure! He did not make us feel rushed in our decision and made us feel very comfortable. Comment : We had such an easy and amazing experience here yesterday. Jake Smith was a wonderful, laid back and knowledgeable sales person. We did not feel pressured or rushed at all. Comment : Wind shield wiper fluid wasn t spraying. Refilled my wiper fluid, that didn t fix it. Brought my car here and was charged $200 to diagnose the issue, where I was told I would have to pay an additional $150 to replace my burnt out wiper motor to be able to further diagnose my vehicle which was estimated to be an additional $800 diagnostic fee. Told my fianc? about this, so he brought my car to his work, and pulled my vehicle into the garage at his work,and said it was frozen, that was it. Nothing else was wrong and it works perfectly fine now. And my wiper motor wasn t burnt out.Not confident that Portsmouth Ford Used Car Center knows what they are doing, so be careful.Wind shield wiper fluid wasn t spraying.
