Comment : Tried buying a car here today. The car was very dirty there were dirty tissues in the door. Not vacuumed or washed. I have never seen that at a dealership before. The car salesman lied to us many times unsure if he just didn?t know the answers or blatantly lied. When we got to the numbers there was zero negotiating. What you see on their website for price is what it is they won?t budge even when it?s an over priced vehicle. I really wanted to give this place a chance but it just seems like your typical slimy used dealer lot. Good luck to anyone buying here.

Edit to the owner: I didn?t ask for 4k less once again another lie from this slimy dealership! Vehicle was listed for $27,995 I offered 26k. Comsidering vehicle had been a rental and had lots of cosmetic issues. The steering wheel had a bad vibration brakes and rotors where near end of life. I thought it was a reasonable offer. Maybe put no dealer fees and no negotiating on your advertising! Thank you I was able to buy a nicer vehicle than you guys had! Dealership worked on price with me and threw in extras! It?s free to be nice to customers!

Comment : Had a really great experience here over the weekend. Went in with a really good idea of what I wanted, and because of the knowledge and professionalism of my salesperson Jake, and another team member, Michael, I walked out of the dealership a few hours later and got into a sweet truck! Such an easy time there, seriously not at all like past experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. They know their stock, they understand their customers needs, and they are proficient in executing the deal. You can also tell they all enjoy their jobs and working together. This crew is in sync and will get you what you need!

Comment : I am from NY and traveled to Portsmouth because the prices were great and availability of vehicles was high. I worked the entire Dealer remotely and they did stand by their trade offer and pricing upon arrival. This was a big concern of mine, after traveling 3.5 hours for the vehicle. There are in fact no fees and the process was pretty smooth. The staff are great, I dealt with Ara, Jacob and Jason. They were all great.

Comment : This is by far the best dealership I've worked with when buying a car. The price was as advertised, and they didn't attempt to sell it from under us. Jacob Smith worked very hard on our account and was able to make the deal happen within a day.

Comment : After having a terrible experience at another dealership in Portsmouth, we went over to Portsmouth Used Car Center and wondered why we didn't start there! Their staff couldn't be more friendly or more professional. Brian was our sales rep and he was so easy to work with. I felt like he actually had my best interest in mind and wanted to help me find my car. They gave me a reasonable price for my trade-in and I walked out of there with the car I was looking for, a 2025 Subaru Forester with low miles and in mint condition. Thank you to the amazing team for making car buying the experience it should be...without the "let me go talk to my manager" and "how does this price look to you".
