Comment : Nick in service is the prime example of what a good service representative should be. He was attentive, professional, and probably one of the most friendliest people I have ever dealt with at a dealerships service department. Portsmouth Ford you are very fortunate to have somebody like Nick representing your company. Comment : Was a pleasant experience. My vehicle was serviced in a timely & efficient manner. Was a very clean and child friendly waiting room. All the staff I encountered were friendly and either smiled ,or said good morning even though they were not assisting me. They were informative and patient when questions (even obvious ones) were asked.
