Comment : I bought a black Kia Optima at a Chevrolet dealership in February 2024. From the moment I bought it, the vehicle had serious issues. Although they claimed they were committed to fixing it, it became a constant battle, and I was ultimately forced to involve a lawyer.
I had many issues with Angelica, and the way I was treated was humiliating. Every time I went to the dealership trying to speak with someone, she would assist me and say she was going to find a manager to help. She would then leave me waiting for long periods of time, and in the end, she would come back saying that no one was available. She would tell me she would call me later, but I never received those calls. This happened repeatedly. The most frustrating part is that she was a manager herself. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect.
I have a child with special needs, and during a call with my lawyer, Angelica made highly inappropriate comments about me personally. Instead of addressing the issues with the vehicle, she suggested that I had personal problems and implied that it was likely because of my child. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My lawyer had to inform her that she was on speakerphone and that multiple people were listening. She was clearly attempting to misrepresent the situation in the dealership’s favor.
The vehicle continued to lose power and became unsafe to drive. I brought it in multiple times, but the issues were never properly resolved.
In May 2025, after months of trying to get the vehicle repaired, I was involved in an accident, and the car was declared a total loss. I then contacted the dealership to request a refund for the extended warranty I had purchased. I paid approximately $6,000, a significant portion of which went toward those warranties.
For months, I attempted to contact the dealership, and each time I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I eventually filed a complaint with the BBB, which was the only reason they responded. They sent me the required documents, I completed and submitted everything, yet I never received my refund.
They have kept my money and stopped responding entirely. This is clear bad faith and unacceptable business practice.
I am entitled to a prorated refund of my extended warranty after the total loss of my vehicle. I completed all required documentation, and their failure to issue my refund constitutes bad faith and breach of contract.
I did not expect a large amount of money back, but I did expect honesty and basic responsibility. Unfortunately, that was too much to ask.

Comment : I bought a lightly used Chevy Equinox here, Bob the salesman was very pleasant to work with and the process was smooth and painless.

After 3 years this vehicle has had multiple hidden body filler and bondo jobs suddenly fail in the rear of the car revealing an undisclosed accident. The techs who looked this car over no doubt saw something suspect, but no one told me when I bought it. Very disappointing and would not buy from here again!
