Comment : They repaired my brake pedal, but they didn't finish the job. My brother noticed that they had left incomplete work behind. If he hadn't caught it, my brakes could have failed while I was driving, and I could easily have been in an accident.

Also, when they found out I was moving away from Middletown, they suddenly told me my car had many other problems that needed fixing. I ended up with about $1,500 bill. I later learned that most of that work was unnecessary, and I believe they were just trying to get more money out of me.

Comment : Extremely thorough $339.67 diagnostic charge to tell me my car is dead. Everything from my air filter to tire miswear, 1 high beam out. I asked them to look at the brake system. They have 66 results. Nice info, but I'd rather them just plug in the sensor for $100. I'll continue to support local businesses, but, sheesh. $340 to tell me my car with 270,000 isn't worth saving? Just asked to look at the brake system. Agreed through their app to a full inspection. Regrets. That was my only option after getting my car towed there.
