Comment : Dropped off a flat tire for repair. Portland Automotive had originally mounted the set of tires l had sent to them from Tire Rack (I have done this a couple of times before with them and always been happy). They called me within a couple of hours and said the tire was fixed and I could come down to have it remounted on the truck. They put the repaired tire back on the truck, put my spare tire back in the rack under the truck where it belongs, and did it all for a reasonable price. Their new waiting room is a nice addition to the facility. They are professional, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Just had a wonderful experience at Portland Automotive. The service person was incredibly customer friendly, even though I'm not even a customer! He provided me with the help I needed in an incredibly fast and courteous manner! I would recommend Portland Automotive highly, if my very positive experience is any indication of their level of service! And who knows, maybe I'll consider becoming a customer!

Comment : Fantastic service. Had several issues with my Jeep that needed to be repaired right away. Portland Automotive diagnosed and repaired everything the same day. The price quoted was the price I payed. Definitely a returning customer!

Comment : My car was towed to Portland Automotive. They contacted me when the vehicle arrived. They told me the diagnosis would be done in the am as it was towed after 5. They contacted me and let me know the details of the diagnosis and their recommendations which I agreed with. Initial contact and service technician were informative and honest. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.
