Comment : Steve was fantastic. He took care of all my concerns and got the fuel module replaced along with some wiring. GM needs to issue a recall on this vehicle. Someone is going to get hurt. According to an online forum, they are aware of the issue. Back to Lincoln or Lexus, no issues.

Comment : I took the vehicle in the afternoon before my 9:00 am appointment. At 12:00 noon I called about progress and was informed that it could be 24 to 48 hours before my vehicle would go in to the shop. Why do they make appointments? I picked it up that afternoon. No progress was made.

Tune up 4 spark plugs,
brake fluid exchange (flush)
fuel induction service and
cooling system fluid exchange were among the services to approve or deny. I asked to please hold off on services to see if I could shop around for a more affordable price. After calling back and asking not to do anything, I was given a call about 2 hours later that my spark plug had oil and dirt and that it was tightened to prevent further misfire and that my engine was "purring like a kitten". I went in knowing I'd pay the diagnostic fee and tax. When I saw my bill with a $35 miscellaneous fee, totaling $233, I disputed the charge. Steve took me up to the front where the service desks are and explained to me in front of Erica how he would not make the charge disappear but I felt I was reasonable but the dealership in itself had poor communication and seemed to want to charge for anything and everything. After back and forth it was taken off. thank you. I will most likely be cancelling my warranty because this experience left such a distaste it broke my trust and confidence I had with my best interest being taken care of.

If I am contacted I have receipts and documentation except of the receipt that showed the extra charge, that Steve would not give me, even when I asked for it.'>

Comment : Being scheduled in and concerns being addressed were great by both Erica and Justin. They were professional even under pressure. At one point there were 3 clients including myself. I brought my car in when it was began to to shake earlier that day and had my engine light and "Service ESC" lights came on along with the traction lights. It was purchased 4 years prior w/ Platinum warranty through Apex. Yet the service recommendations, none were covered due to being maintenance and not electrical or mechanical. Understandably. I was told I'd be given a phone call but communication was through email with 6 service recommendations, with little to no info given, which included:

Comment : I had over $4,000 of repairs completed this past Saturday. I get back home take 2015 Sierra in for an oil change and complementary alignment and get told I have a stuck tie rod. $635 repair. I had new tires and an alignment mid January. This makes no sense to me. I’m praying the dealership will help me with this unplanned repair. My truck wass in their shop for over 5 business days.

Comment : Took my new Chevy Colorado in for its first oil change. I was greeted by Erica with enthusiasm and she pushed my truck through service quickly while continuing to update me on the progress. I was in and out in approximately 1 hour.
