Comment : Not worth a star. They gave me the run around. Big story to tell. Best advice came from my extended warranty company to get a second opinion which I did. I took it to Covina Valley where they took care of the issue not addressed at Pomona. Poo on Pomona.

Comment : I'm so used to picking up my car from other places after a service to find a bunch of other things that had been done without my permission and I was being charged for. Pomona Kia called me right away when something other than the original service, needed to be fixed and there were no surprise charges! Thank you!
