Comment : I just want say how amazing these people are. JR is an absolute Angel literally such an empathic good person. My mom and I went on vacation and our transmission blew ( we were sure at the time because we were still driving it) while out in PA. We had no one. To make matters a bit worse my moms in a wheelchair and is disabled . We went to several auto mechanics in the area of east Stroudsburg they all didn't care.. not one . just to give us even a couple seconds of their time they didn't want to be bothered. I randomly found Pocono Tire & Brake and called . JR picked up with so much urgency to help us. He said come right in! In a matter of 20 mins he had someone check the car test drive it and gave us a whole break down of the transmission issue. it was the worse thing we could hear but it was honest and somehow being let down and told the way JR did was still okay. He showed us so much empathy. the world the way is now we just really appreciated it. a couple weeks later JR calls and leaves a message to make sure we made it back to NJ okay. im like crying while writing this. I just can't repeat it enough Because of that day I now see that there is good people left in this world and JR at Pocono Tire & Brake is one of them!!! THANK YOU!!!

Comment : Stopped by while on a road trip, and Chad was amazing. He was helpful, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
