Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Very professional and great customer service , but they have high prices. It's like $220 for diagnostic fee and I thought you only needed 1 find out all the problems. What do you call me back and said I needed another diagnostic scan . I was charged $451 for 2 diagnostic test. That's totally ridiculous and that's the highest price i've ever heard for diagnostic fees. Honestly , I would not go to this company for any service because i'm outrageous charges. They wanted to charge me like $4,000 so I took my truck out and all the parts only cost me $250. Their labor charges are outrageous , so just be aware

Comment : these gentlemen are awesome. I have been scammed waaaay too many times with “sucker” on my forehead but not by this shop! I cannot say enough positive things about this shop. Everyone is knowledgeable, REASONABLE, understanding and down right considerate. I hands down recommend this shop- they are honest and up front with you unlike others. Thank you so much for all your work you helped me with, I will be back and will recommend everyone to you!!

Comment : After going to a cheaper mechanic who had a bad habit of breaking/scratching up the vehicle, we decided to go the expensive route and overlook the sticker shock. I guess you don't always get what you pay for because, despite the high cost, they did a rushed job. The vehicle was smelling like burning oil; they didn't tell us that might happen. There was even white smoke coming out from under the hood: people in parking lots would ask if our car was okay... A knowledgeable friend said they hadn't taken the time to rinse the oil off the engine but it'd burn off in a few days. After 4 days, not only was it burning oil, but it was leaking oil. A retired mechanic told us to take it back because they must not have installed a gasket correctly. If they had taken a moment to pressure wash the engine, or to test drive the vehicle before returning it to us, we might have been saved a lot of headaches. They did repair it once we took it back to them. But, if they are going to charge triple for labor and parts compared to the previous mechanic, shouldn't the experience be hassle-free? It wasn't fun to feel like we were being gassed in our car.
