Comment : Platt's Performance Plus are the car experts! I have never visited an auto mechanic as knowledgeable and transparent as them. They provide a full report of the car that resembles a home inspection report - complete with photos and notes. They hear and notice things about the car that other shops do not. I highly recommend them if you want to keep your car in top shape. Furthermore, their passion for what they do shines through in their customer service.

Comment : Overpriced. Charge $300 pr hr for labor
They can probably work on some German or American cars but can’t work on British cars.
Kept my car for 2 months and charged me $8k for fluid change and diagnostics without being able to diagnose the issue.
In the end they recommended i swap the whole engine for $45k lol
when i told them i found someone who said he can figure out the issue, they said take the car there. And that’s what i did. Turns out the car needed a $240 part lol
They call them self master mechanics but they are far from being masters.

Comment : Platt's overcharges. We have given them our business on more than one occasion, and every time, I feel that we were taken advantage of. They have charged for services that other mechanics do not (I have found out afterwards). They charged on a service for a product that THEY previously installed, that was still under warranty. They do not perform their service in a timely manner also- keeping my car longer than discussed. I will not be returning.
