Comment : I had a great experience with Platte Woods Precision when they repaired the steering rack on my 2018 Nissan Titan. They handled everything professionally and made the entire warranty process smooth and stress-free with no issues at all. The quality of the work was excellent, and my truck is driving great again.

I also want to recognize the exceptional office support and communication from Ivy and April. They were friendly, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process, which made a big difference. It’s hard to find a shop with both skilled technicians and outstanding customer service, but Platte Woods Precision delivered on both. Highly recommend them for honest, reliable service.

Comment : Having my lifesaver machine installed was easy breezy! All the staff was super helpful, even when I had an issue with the machine at first they fixed it promptly and with out issues.

Comment : Shop does not stand behind nor guarantee their work. I had my vehicle worked on and when I went to take it from the shop, it would not power up. The tech looked at it, couldn't figure it out, then they decided to recalibrate it. The vehicle then started. I drove it home and now it won't start again the next time I went to start it. I contacted the shop and they are saying I will have to tow it in at my expense because the vehicle was working when I left. I am only 4 miles from them. Being this is their fault or lack of how to work on vehicles, you would think they would make it right. But they are not. And, are not issuing any refund. I am now forced to do a BBB Claim and dispute the transaction for a shoddy shop.

Comment : I was able to get my car in the next day for AC service. I was informed of everything including what needed to be fixed, the timeline, and the price. I received a follow up text checking on my vehicle a few days after it was done. To me, that shows that the owners care about their service and their customers. I will absolutely take my cars here again to be fixed in the future.
